Many days and evenings we sat on the patio/ balcony area enjoying the view. You can see for miles! It has a nice pool and it is private. Situated in a lovely community. You are a short drive away from several towns (you would need a car) which have lovey restaurants and far enough away from the tourist areas. My wife and I wanted somewhere quiet for just the two of us to get away for a few days. We stayed Monday-Saturday and enjoyed a wonderful break. The property is delightful. Plenty of space, nicely furnished, lovely outdoor spaces, a really nice pool and cracking views over Javea. We particularly like Javea and surrounding area. The villa is <10mins drive from Arenal beach, and <15mins from the Marina, so super convenient. - 3 bedroom Pedreguer villa to rentSeptember 2022 ★★★★★Overall stay was very good. We liked it. Rooms are big and plenty of space around the villa. But there is few bad points.. No information about boiler,where to throw away rubbish.. Communication with the person that was responsible for the villa was not so good. We ask where to throw rubbish (because you need to have code) and we've been waiting for 2 days to get the code.. There is missing information about this,where is this place to throw it(it wasn't obvious where this area is), also we didn't know if someone will be coming to take care of the pool or garden,or even change the bed sheets..Zero information about anything,just wifi password and that's it! The indoor was great too but would have preferred fewer ornaments - was a little worried about breakages! The villa was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped - loved the ice machine on the fridge! One of the photo's shows the mountain view from the upstairs, so was a little disappointed that there was no access to this area. The view from the patio was brilliant though. In the evenings we walked to a couple of local bars/restaurants which were both nice. There's a pebble beach within walking distance which also has a number of cafe/restaurants. We ate there a few times. Two or more supermarkets within a minute or two drive. Lovely sandy beach of Las Marina was a short drive away - there are lots of bar/restaurants/shops, toilet facilities, etc. Denia was really nice - we visited the markets and the local park - there's a lovely little pond with terrapins. Lots of shade from the sun too. Also did a walking trail around Parque Natural del Montgó which took around 3 hours. Beautiful views! Overall had a lovely stay! Villa was very clean with plenty of towels/bedding, all rooms were suitable for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean with fabulous shower pressure. And the pool...it was great! All of us loved it, was really deep at one end and very refreshing. - 3 bedroom villa rental in Dénia, Costa Blanca, with private poolJune 2022 ★★★★★On arrival we found that dirty plates had been put into the kitchen press which resulted in ants. However this was our only issue with cleanliness the rest of the villa was very clean if a little dated. The location of the villa is about 40 mins walk into Denia itself, there is a Eurospar and Aldi nearby and there is a lovely local café beside Aldi. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The WiFi connection isn't great as the router is very old. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The outside area and pool are lovely and have beautiful views of the mountains, unfortunately we couldn't use the BBQ as the base was broken. The welcome pack was minimal refuse bags and some cleaning materials. An information pack about the area ie bins, local shops, cafés, things to do and see etc would have been good. Denia itself is a beautiful town with lots of cafés, bars, shops and restaurants and the people are very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa however I do think that some updating could be done.JenniferFamily from Ballycullen, Ireland
