However this was our only issue with cleanliness the rest of the villa was very clean if a little dated. The location of the villa is about 40 mins walk into Denia itself, there is a Eurospar and Aldi nearby and there is a lovely local café beside Aldi. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The WiFi connection isn't great as the router is very old. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The outside area and pool are lovely and have beautiful views of the mountains, unfortunately we couldn't use the BBQ as the base was broken. The welcome pack was minimal refuse bags and some cleaning materials. An information pack about the area ie bins, local shops, cafés, things to do and see etc would have been good. Denia itself is a beautiful town with lots of cafés, bars, shops and restaurants and the people are very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa however I do think that some updating could be done.
