We haven't been on holiday yet but so far the booking process has been really easy and the ability to pay in Pounds Sterling as opposed to U.S. Dollars is a massive bonus, bearing in mind the extremely poor exchange rate at this moment in time. Ease of booking is very good but having used Clickstay for three years now I would have expected some sort of loyalty reduction of price. Last year, I booked the same villa as the previous year and received a decent discount from the owner. Probably have a bigger search of other companies next year.
