Our family had an amazing time at Villa Alexia. Actually it was our second stay at Villa Alexia and that alone says everything about the villa. The new bright colours of the kitchen and living room furniture even made our second stay better. The communication before and during our stay with Ellie and Barbara (property manager on site) was always very nice, helpful and without any delays. The villa is very spacious and the beautifully landscaped outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. We really lacked nothing in terms of equipment. The absolute highlight of the villa for us (especially our 2 boys) was the heated pool. Especially in April, the pool heating (+30 degrees) ensured that we could splash around in the pool every day without any freezing. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area with other holiday villas. There is nothing else to see in the residential area itself, but overall the location is perfect for excursions in the surrounding area, the great city of Paphos can be reached in 20 minutes. In the small neighbouring village of Kouklia (10min) there are several great tavernas, the Akamas peninsula with the gorge of the same name and the Blue Lagoon can also be reached in 30-40min. The Aphrodite Rock is practically on the doorstep... Overall we can absolutely recommend Villa Alexia.

The villa we were in was nice and very quiet, we stayed there for 4 weeks and during this time we spent alot of time sat round the pool watching the various birds , fish and animals around the lake, one was an alligator that came up the lake to feed and sunbathe on the side of the lake most days.The villa was nice and comfy and we really enjoyed it thank you

The booking portion with Clickstay is very easy to navigate and works well. The problem is on some of the sites which are listed for rent. We tried to book "The Island house" on the gulf coast 2 years ahead because we knew it would be popular. They declined and said they don't book that far ahead. So we tried to book 14 months ahead and they again declined saying they rent to returning guests so you will always be declined. If that is the practice then why do they show on their calendar that their villa is available? We are also wanting to go father south in Florida but Clickstay doesn't have a lot of properties in the southern portion of the state. They are mainly near Orlando and a lot of these properties are getting tired and need to be renovated. For next year we have booked a beautiful villa in Cape Coral through Coral Villa rentals. The home we are currently renting is really in need of upgrading and it does not have the privacy it advertises. It must be hard for a company like Clickstay to know all their properties available when they are in the UK so we feel it is time to book through a company which is in the state where we want to vacation. We have been booking through Clickstay for several years and feel it is time to move on.
