Spent a wonerful week in Tony's apartment in King's Palace. We have been going there since 2001 to a family owned apartment so were well used to the area, which really has everything you could need - very well maintained complex, lovely pool, amazing beach across the road, lidl on your doorstep, efficient bus service and lots of other shops, bars and restaurants within a stones throw. We loved the large apartment and the extensive outdoor area. So handy having the taxi to and from included. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and close to the beach, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the pools and the sea. It featured a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The pool water was warm and very pleasant. This was our second time staying at this apartment, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended! The hosts respond promptly to any questions

Our villa was very well equipped and had everything as described. The villa owner was extremely helpful and kept us informed of pool cleans and bedding and towels change dates. He also gave tips for restaurants and things to do and places to visit on the island. The villa also had a great pool and bbq area. Would definitely recommend this villa. It was easy to book and good communication.

The website is easy to navigate and booking is straight forward. The communication is clear and helpful. I had issues with the Host and Stay who manage the property booked. They wanted paid again three days before the holiday. After several frantic emails sending copies of the receipt, screenshots and phone calls to Host and Stay I contacted Click and Stay and spoke to a very helpful lady called Lorraine on the morning of our departure. Lorraine returned my call within half an hour and said the matter should now be resolved. Shortly after Host and Stay sent the entry code to the property. The house was ideal, clean and perfect for our requirements. The actual holiday was delightful and we had lovely weather to boot. I would stay there again but Host and Stay have rattled my confidence somewhat.

We rented a house from Josko, and he was an excellent host. We received helpful advice about everything, from airport pickup to grocery shopping. He also fixed every single issues, like a broken chair and parasol, very smoothly during our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. We recommend renting his house for a family vacation.

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a great family holiday with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Host was extremely helpful and attentive, but allowed total privacy. Location was great to explore south western tip of Portugal and Algarve. Pool lovely (recommend the heating option) and property was fully air conditioned inside with very new and quiet units (also a worthwhile add-on). Villa layout and decor were awesome and plenty of space for way more than our party size. Some special touches really made the holiday, thanks so much. We would definitely love to return. Clickstay performed well with good portal and payment process clarity.
