    Lovely comfortable property. Plenty of room and parking. Great covered cool pool. Covered patio seating area by gas BBQ provided welcome shade. Big wraparound garden. Tennis court 2 mins walk. Kitchen / utility well equipped and all worked. Good WiFi. Meet and greet lady very helpful, speaks English well. Nice next door neighbour too. Twin rooms interconnected. Rubbish has to be taken a 5-10min walk to recycle/dispose, near supermarket. Electricity was ‘tripping’ the switch in fuse cupboard in the evenings, owner informed and taking action. Quiet area. Lots of roads and footpaths around for walks and runs. Montgo 750m high. A challenging walk if circular as paths not clear and some very steep sections. Walk around CapSan Antoni just outside Jávea was steep up through the town but varied and lots of great views. Short boat trip from Denia included a view of caves and coastline and a swim from the boat. Sea water nice temperature. Very enjoyable stay.

    Fabulous stay at the villa in August 2022 with 4 children aged 3-14 years. Villa was very clean with plenty of towels/bedding, all rooms were suitable for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean with fabulous shower pressure. And the pool...it was great! All of us loved it, was really deep at one end and very refreshing. Extra thanks to the agents in Spain who were unbelievably helpful with a couple of queries and got straight back to me. Highly recommended

    We booked Villa for 5 weeks in March and April 2026 and had a phantastic holiday. We ordered extra heating for the pool which was essential for this period of the year, as well as extra cleaning once a week. The kitchen equipments are very well sorted and there is no lack of glasses or dishes for up to 8 persons. We had same small claims regarding toilets and showers JAVEA HOLIDAYS was very helpful and whenever possible send somebody to repair it. (all within a few days). All bed linen and towels of high quality. We had a poolboy coming twice a week to clean and to control the temperature of the pool we reached a 29,2 degrees. Everbody was very happy. Views are stunning in the morning. Was a very good experience. Regarding payment procedures we had to pay by credit card, as we booked for 5 weeks me credit card had a lower limit, I would have loved to pay by bank transfer. I had some arguments with my bank about a higher limit for this single transaction.

    Absolutely loved our stay! The owner Sue could not have been more accommodating! She was absolutely fantastic. This trip has been rearranged a few times due to COVID, and Sue has just been so brilliant making our family holiday dream come true! Villa was gorgeous, very clean, bedrooms spacious, pool and outside area perfect for family gathering and time! Beach a stone throw away and super gorgeous! Massive thank you to Sue for making this our first perfect family holiday!

Javea is a hugely popular destination for all types of holidaymakers who want a sun-drenched Mediterranean escape in the palm-lined Costa Blanca. Located in the province of Alicante it was once an old fishing port now transformed into one of the main towns along Spain's coast. Surrounded by two natural wonders - Montgo National Park and Cap de la Nau Natural Park, it boasts a beautiful landscape with plenty of opportunities for off-road adventures. Shaped like a horseshoe, family-friendly Arenal beach is the most popular, boasting shallow waters, water sports and modern facilities.

Discover 13 glorious beaches and a typical Mediterranean atmosphere and climate. The flower decorated streets of the ancient old town are lively with bars, cafes and restaurants, coming to life in the evenings with a buzzing metropolitan atmosphere. Shaped like a horseshoe, family-friendly Arenal beach is the most popular, boasting shallow waters, water sports and modern facilities. The beach gets very busy in the height of summer, but there is certianlly no lack of secluded coves too. Granedella cove is arguably the most beautiful and the perfect spot for scuba diving and kayaking, with its sloping shingles and seagrass bed.

For the perfect day trip, the mountaintop fortress of Guadalest provides stunning views of the hilly landscape from its fairtytale-like surroundings. Families with young children will want to head to Benidorm, home to some of the best amusement parks in Europe! During the day discover a scattering of art galleries and museums including the Archaeological Museum housing artifacts spanning as far back as Roman times. For sporty types, practice your swing at Javea Golf Club, or challenge yourself to a hike or cycle around Cap de la Nau in-between Javea and Moraira.

Along the coast, Blue Flag Arenal beach brings in the crowds, with family-friendly facilities, shallow waters and seafront cafes. There are also plenty of bays where you can escape the main crowds, including Tango, Granadella, La Barraca and Portixol. Javea has a working fishing port, so seafood is often on the menu when eating alfresco. The old town is brimming with traditional tapas bars and most restaurants also offer an an international cuisine.
