3 bedroom Montgó holiday villa rental with private pool
July 2019

We were a party of 4 including one teenager. On arrival the property was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and the garden and pool areas well maintained. The property agents and maintenance team were very friendly and unobtrusive. The villa is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Restaurants, shops and sea front are only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend this villa in Tulipan. Informative feedback for some minor improvements given via agents feedback form which included; air conditioning required in ground floor bedroom, new fridge required in main kitchen, a few more chairs and sun loungers in the garden/pool area to accommodate up to 6 guests.

5 bedroom Montgó villa to rent
June 2019

We had a great couple of weeks here in June. The house was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent (very quiet) , although as somebody else already commented, a car is essential as it's a long drag back up the hill home, even if you are OK with the going down. There are great views all around. We had a few issues (e.g. Sat TV was not working, many bulbs blown) but we reported it and people turned up quickly to put everything right. There were a few niggles in the kitchen as well but as we weren't planning on doing a lot of cooking we ignored those. Finding the house was tricky as the Villa name on the gate is not Belvedere for some reason. All in all we had a great time and would easily return.

2 bedroom villa to rent in Dénia, Costa Blanca
May 2019

Modern, very spacious and fully equipped. Good mattresses. There are, however, various points for attention that need to be worked on. We have put these points on paper for XXX as the property is rented out for the next 3 months. For the time being they are not complaints, but points of attention where possible the coming guests can submit complaints about. It was a fantastic week in a wonderful house.

2 bedroom Montgó holiday villa rental with private pool
March 2019

Everything was great and we were very pleased with the whole. Small problems were caused by the alarm system and the lack of instructions / inability to do so on a public holiday. It would be good to announce a Wi-Fi code in advance or on-site. In summary, we could come to this house again.

Villas for rent in Denia

The traditional Mediterranean coastal town of Denia lies on the eastern coast of Spain in the Costa Blanca, dominated by a mountainous landscape and an ancient 11th century castle overlooking the sea. With 20km of beaches, it offers a great base for a family holiday, boasting rustic seafood restaurants, traditional markets and plenty of bars and shopping boutiques, centred around Campos street which stretches from the centre of the city to the coast. A beginner's guide to renting a villa in Denia

Discover the traditional side of the Costa Blanca and enjoy the low-key atmosphere of an authentic coastal town. Denia's beautiful marina is the beating heart of the resort, where the seafood restaurants here are world-class, the beach and coves are family-friendly and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Together with the fresh sea air and quaint architecture of the old town, Denia has all the ingredients for a relaxing Mediterranean escape.

Denia's golden sand beaches are popular with wind and kite surfers, while the region is scattered with pebble beaches and picturesque coves which is where you'll discover the real unspoiled gems of this coastal region. These spots are perfect for snorkeling, particularly Trampoli, which boasts an excellent seafood restaurant and lively bar.

There are two Natural Parks in the region - Penon de Ifach which dominates the coastal town of Calpe, seen from Denia marina and Montgo Natural Park rising 753m above sea level. The hilltop Castle of Denia, overlooking the Mediterranean, is also the local archaeology museum and symbol of the resort's rich history. Admire the ancient artifacts on display while taking in breathtaking views from the top. Denia is also known for its vibrant summer fiestas, where the streets come to life with colour and music, as parades of costumed locals reenact the battle of the Moors and Christians and much more.
