This is an Amazing villa with the most amazing views. We stay frequently in villas as a family and the thing that stood out the most is all the extras inside. Most villa owners just out cheap Cutlery, plates, utensils and glassware etc but this villa has so much choice and all amazing quality. It makes a huge difference! The property was also super clean. We had an issue with plumbing but I called the office and was fixed within an hour! Highly recommend

3 bedroom El Paradiso

On arrival we found that dirty plates had been put into the kitchen press which resulted in ants. However this was our only issue with cleanliness the rest of the villa was very clean if a little dated. The location of the villa is about 40 mins walk into Denia itself, there is a Eurospar and Aldi nearby and there is a lovely local café beside Aldi. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The WiFi connection isn't great as the router is very old. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The outside area and pool are lovely and have beautiful views of the mountains, unfortunately we couldn't use the BBQ as the base was broken. The welcome pack was minimal refuse bags and some cleaning materials. An information pack about the area ie bins, local shops, cafés, things to do and see etc would have been good. Denia itself is a beautiful town with lots of cafés, bars, shops and restaurants and the people are very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa however I do think that some updating could be done.

What a fabulous villa. Very clean and comfortable with views to die for. Whenever I look at my holiday photos I wish I was back floating on my lilo. If I had one criticism it would be the location of the villa it is very difficult to find. But, your wouldn’t have the views if you didn’t travel so far up the mountain/hill call it what you will it’s very steep and windy.

The traditional Mediterranean coastal town of Denia lies on the eastern coast of Spain in the Costa Blanca, dominated by a mountainous landscape and an ancient 11th century castle overlooking the sea. With 20km of beaches, it offers a great base for a family holiday, boasting rustic seafood restaurants, traditional markets and plenty of bars and shopping boutiques, centred around Campos street which stretches from the centre of the city to the coast. This low-key port resort has charm and character in abundance, from the historic centre to its unspoiled rocky coves and colourful fisherman shacks along the promenade. When it comes to day trips, Denia is the perfect base to explore the surrounding region, with Valencia just a 40 minute drive away. The marina also offers boat excursions to neighbouring Javea and Ibiza.

Denia's golden sand beaches are popular with wind and kite surfers, while the region is scattered with pebble beaches and picturesque coves which is where you'll discover the real unspoiled gems of this coastal region. These spots are perfect for snorkeling, particularly Trampoli, which boasts an excellent seafood restaurant and lively bar. There are two Natural Parks in the region - Penon de Ifach which dominates the coastal town of Calpe, seen from Denia marina and Montgo Natural Park rising 753m above sea level. Take a scenic hike or bike ride along the mountainous landscape and coast, home to wild flora and fauna and several species of birds and reptiles.

The hilltop Castle of Denia, overlooking the Mediterranean, is also the local archaeology museum and symbol of the resort's rich history. Admire the ancient artifacts on display while taking in breathtaking views from the top. Denia is also known for its vibrant summer fiestas, where the streets come to life with colour and music, as parades of costumed locals reenact the battle of the Moors and Christians and much more.
