Enjoyable stay. Good swimming pool and lovely garden. We used public transport and taxis - we didn't hire a car. Easy walk to and from supermarkets. Slight hill back. Minor point - condiments, scales and matches would have been useful.

We are an adult family, with my son and his wife coming in from Denmark and my daughter and I coming from UK. All agree that this is a 5* property, in a quiet area of Calpe. It is about 15 mins to the sea, but is a bit steep on the way back. We soon got used to this though. There is a small supermarket close by with lovely staff but also on the walk to the sea 3 further supermarkets including Aldi. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were grateful for the excellent air con in the bedrooms as it was very warm. Stephen answered all my questions before we went which reassured me on a couple of points. I thoroughly recommend this Villa, if I can tie the family down for another meet up would certainly visit again.

We stayed at villa Linda the last week of June and first week of July 2024. We had a lovely stay. The villa was very comfortable and clean with great air con which was much appreciated. The pool and surrounding area was great, nice and private if you are a sun-worshiper. The garden was lovely . We dutifully watered the potted plants . Felt nice and secure at the villa . Think world-class seafood, ancient historic relics and colourful festivities, with an abundance of water sports and natural parks. Among the modern buildings and tapas restaurants you can still find traces of its ancient fishing village past, especially in the old town. From the buzzing nightlife to the glorious coast and outdoor playground of natural gems, it ticks all the boxes when it comes to a well-rounded holiday.

Calpe's palm-lined coast ranges from packed sun-drenched beaches to quiet coves. Most of the beaches are family-friendly with snack bars, restaurants and lifeguards on hand. Arenal-Bol is the most popular beach, overlooking Penon de Ifach Natural Park, which is within walking distance from the beach and a real paradise for hikers, with rewarding panoramic views from the peak. In fact, most of Calpe's landscape is asking to explored, with opportunities for mountain biking, hiking and more. For family fun by the coast, Cantal-Roig by the fishing port boasts shallow waters and superb sunsets.

For a taste of the region's history, the 1st century Roman baths of Baños de la Reina (Baths of the Queen), protected by the shelter of the Ifach rock, are now archaeological rock pools where you can travel back in time while taking a refreshing dip. The old town has some great traditional restaurants where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Calpe's original fishing village charm as you eat alfresco.
