The house is great, the rooms and bathrooms are renovated as well as the ground floor which is like a studio. The dining area overlooking the Peñon de Ifach is great. In general a 10.

We have spent a fantastic week in this villa, they have been very understandable with all the needs that we raised and very correct in the deal. A ten in cleaning, and very equipped, the very large house, the upper garden and the pool also very well. Just a couple of connotations, excess chlorine, although I understand that the goal is that there are no infections, and what if it was a bit of annoyance is the lack of air conditioning on the top floor, the bottom was very very well , but the upper floor cost to cool at night. However, they are only issues to improve, because we have been very good. PS: the human team of interhome is great, a ten.

The small road to reach it can scare the first moments but the discovery of the villa and terrace + pool with a superb view of the sea and the rock ifach quickly forget the last km. The interior is very nice, the food at the top, and the small indoor terrace perfect for breakfast. The 2 rooms and their bedding are also very correct. At the end of the day, a sea breeze makes you feel less overwhelmed by the heat.

Nice, spacious villa and pool with relatively clean water. Small flat, lack dishwasher, air conditioning and door locks as well as 2 exterior doors require adjustment. In addition, the terrace is obviously not maintained, we cleaned it with a jump and a broom.

A beginner's guide to renting a villa in Calpe

Calpe is one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, popular for its lively atmosphere, fine golden sand beaches, mountain views and abundance of seafood restaurants. Situated between Altea and upscale Moraira, it is the most visited of the three, with a blend of old fishing village charm and modern coastal resort attractions. There are three parts to Calpe; the relaxed coast, mountainous landscape and its ancient Roman past.

Calpe's palm-lined coast ranges from packed sun-drenched beaches to quiet coves. Most of the beaches are family-friendly with snack bars, restaurants and lifeguards on hand. Arenal-Bol is the most popular beach, overlooking Penon de Ifach Natural Park, which is within walking distance from the beach and a real paradise for hikers, with rewarding panoramic views from the peak. In fact, most of Calpe's landscape is asking to explored, with opportunities for mountain biking, hiking and more. For family fun by the coast, Cantal-Roig by the fishing port boasts shallow waters and superb sunsets.

For a taste of the region's history, the 1st century Roman baths of Baños de la Reina (Baths of the Queen), protected by the shelter of the Ifach rock, are now archaeological rock pools where you can travel back in time while taking a refreshing dip. The old town has some great traditional restaurants where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Calpe's original fishing village charm as you eat alfresco.
