Rent from owners direct in Costa Blanca

Hello from Peter and Michelle. A very warm welcome to our home. We have lived in the area for over 20 years, and offering rentals for almost 16 years, we offer our knowledge of places to visit and things to do. At Villa Las Iguanas we have made it as beautiful as possible for relaxing and making memorable moments, so that you can enjoy your holiday as if it were your own home abroad.

I am Frank, a born adventurer. I was born in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. Since my retirement I spend my winters in warm Spain. During the summer months, I usually stay in France, the love of my youth. Both destinations are the ideal mix for me; the deafening silence amidst the pristine nature of the Auvergne where cicadas and a clear starry sky form the backdrop, and a cosmopolitan part of Spain where sun, beach and delicious affordable gastronomy go hand in hand. You are welcome. Enter my 'best of both worlds'. I strive to make my guests feel completely comfortable. Therefore, I try to provide very clear information so that everyone is perfectly prepared and can celebrate holiday without worries. I have been renting out Casa Sol Y Mar since 2016 through other rental sites. I left most of them due to too high commission charged to the tenant and host. My villa and cooperation were rated on the previous sites with no less than 4.8 stars out of 5!

Ian Fishwick is the Chairman of a public company listed on the Stock Exchange in the UK. He also sits on the Cabinet Office SME Panel as a small business policy advisor. When I get off the plane, with that sudden blast of heat, I can’t wait to drive past the rugged landscape of small mountains on the way to the stunning turquoise sea. Every time I go to the villa I feel as though the whole world has slowed down and I’m now on Spanish time. There are loads of things to do close by, or you can simply do nothing by your own private pool in an arched courtyard. Enjoy.

Hi, I’m Susan and I’ve been the proud owner of Villa Aqua Vista since2019. From the moment I first visited Jávea, I was captivated by the combination of crystal-clear waters, peaceful pine-covered hills, and that relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle that just makes you breathe easier. What made me fall in love with Villa Aqua Vista was the view from the upstairs sunset terrace – it’s the kind of place where you naturally pause, glass in hand, and watch the light dance across the sea. The villa isn’t just a holiday rental; it’s a place where memories are made – whether it’s lazy afternoons by the pool, family ping-pong tournaments, or evening meals on the terrace under the stars. I’ve tried to create a space that’s not only comfortable and stylish, but truly welcoming – somewhere I’d want to stay myself. I’m always happy to help guests plan their stay and make the most of this beautiful corner of Spain. I look forward to welcoming you to Villa Aqua Vista – and I hope you love it as much as I do. Susan

Buenos dias. My name is Michael and I moved to Spain 13 years ago initially on a 'try it and see' basis. My plans changed and instead of moving to Javea (by the coast) I was offered a property inland. My initial disappointment changed the moment I arrived. The countryside and the people are fantastic. Here I can live in the 'real' Spain without all the tourists! If I want that, a quick drive takes me to the bustle of the coastal towns, like Javea and Denia. So my move to this property was based on the pleasure of living in the peace and quiet, but all the other options available to me within a few minutes’ drive.

Hi, I'm Nataliya. I have been welcoming holidaymakers to the Costa Blanca for many years, and Villa Capitan in Villamartin is our newest home — a house we built and finished ourselves, so every detail, from the wood-fired sauna to the hydromassage pool, is something we chose for our own family first. I look after every booking personally and reply quickly, in English or Spanish. I know this corner of Orihuela Costa well and I am always glad to help with tee times at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, the quieter coves around Cabo Roig, family restaurants and easy day trips. My aim is simple: that you settle in from the first minute and want to come back.

I have been staying in Parcent for 5 years. I love the area, and it is a truly cycling paradise. I have owned this house for 2 years now.

About Us We believe that a home is much more than just a place – it’s the atmosphere, the energy, and the heart you feel the moment you walk in. Inspired by Spain – its sunshine, the scent of the sea, and its calm, joyful rhythm of life – we created a space where every guest can truly relax and feel at home. We love the beauty of simple things: morning coffee on the terrace, local flavors, friendly conversations, and creative touches that turn an ordinary interior into a place with soul. Our apartment has been designed with care and attention to detail to make it both comfortable and full of warmth. Every guest who stays here is special to us. We make sure everything is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and we’re always happy to share tips on the best local spots and experiences that capture the true spirit of Spain. Our home in Spain was created with heart, honesty, and a passion for hospitality. We hope you’ll find here the same sense of peace, inspiration, and joy that we do in this beautiful part of the world. Welcome – may this become your home under the Spanish sun.

My name is Jan Wilmaerts. I live in Belgium (Flanders), but I have been staying in Calpe with my wife for several months a year since the end of 2014. I came here for the peace, the sun, the wonderful weather, the healthy air, the green surroundings, the pleasant neighbourhood and the lively Calpe, where there are all kinds of activities all year round. I bought the holiday home, which is next to my house, in 2017 and then renovated it, originally for the holidays of the children and grandchildren. I received a lot of requests from family, friends, neighbours and acquaintances to stay in that holiday home, which is why I also put it up for rent after the renovation. With success! My language is Dutch, but I also speak (limited) English, German, French and Spanish, albeit also with the help of Google Translate.
