I am Stephen and I am married to Linda. We both grew up in Nottingham, England. We now spend our time between England and Spain When we first came to Spain we spent time looking at different areas. We were lucky enough to discover Calpe. You too can enjoy this beautiful area and villa! We fell in love with our home for many features, attractive building, lovely naya for hot days out of the sun, lovely garden, great layout, walking distance to the beach with many bars and restaurants, delightful sea glimpses. I am Frank, a born adventurer. I was born in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. Since my retirement I spend my winters in warm Spain. During the summer months, I usually stay in France, the love of my youth. Both destinations are the ideal mix for me; the deafening silence amidst the pristine nature of the Auvergne where cicadas and a clear starry sky form the backdrop, and a cosmopolitan part of Spain where sun, beach and delicious affordable gastronomy go hand in hand. You are welcome. Enter my 'best of both worlds'. I strive to make my guests feel completely comfortable. Therefore, I try to provide very clear information so that everyone is perfectly prepared and can celebrate holiday without worries. I have been renting out Casa Sol Y Mar since 2016 through other rental sites. I left most of them due to too high commission charged to the tenant and host. My villa and cooperation were rated on the previous sites with no less than 4.8 stars out of 5!

Ian Fishwick is the Chairman of a public company listed on the Stock Exchange in the UK. He also sits on the Cabinet Office SME Panel as a small business policy advisor. When I get off the plane, with that sudden blast of heat, I can’t wait to drive past the rugged landscape of small mountains on the way to the stunning turquoise sea. Every time I go to the villa I feel as though the whole world has slowed down and I’m now on Spanish time. There are loads of things to do close by, or you can simply do nothing by your own private pool in an arched courtyard. Enjoy.

My name is Jan Wilmaerts. I live in Belgium (Flanders), but I have been staying in Calpe with my wife for several months a year since the end of 2014. I came here for the peace, the sun, the wonderful weather, the healthy air, the green surroundings, the pleasant neighbourhood and the lively Calpe, where there are all kinds of activities all year round. I bought the holiday home, which is next to my house, in 2017 and then renovated it, originally for the holidays of the children and grandchildren. I received a lot of requests from family, friends, neighbours and acquaintances to stay in that holiday home, which is why I also put it up for rent after the renovation. With success! My language is Dutch, but I also speak (limited) English, German, French and Spanish, albeit also with the help of Google Translate.

Hola ☀️ I m Nicky who decided to buy with her hubby Tom a 2nd home amung the sun. Nicky has already seen a great part of the world, but in love with Spain since childhood, because of the weather, the beautiful culture, the language, the gastronomy and the hospitality. Furthermore, I'm a real bon vivant and it's nice to be at your destination only a 2.30-hour flight away! Tom especially has the same passion for Spain but is also very sporty, where is the best place to cycle like the real cyclists? The Orihuela Costa area offers a lot for everyone.
