I am Frank, a born adventurer. I was born in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. Since my retirement I spend my winters in warm Spain. During the summer months, I usually stay in France, the love of my youth. Both destinations are the ideal mix for me; the deafening silence amidst the pristine nature of the Auvergne where cicadas and a clear starry sky form the backdrop, and a cosmopolitan part of Spain where sun, beach and delicious affordable gastronomy go hand in hand. Therefore, I try to provide very clear information so that everyone is perfectly prepared and can celebrate holiday without worries. I have been renting out Casa Sol Y Mar since 2016 through other rental sites. I left most of them due to too high commission charged to the tenant and host. My villa and cooperation were rated on the previous sites with no less than 4.8 stars out of 5!

I've always liked traveling but feel most at ease in Spain. We chose this property because we love the quiet area, yet close to shops and restaurants and the sea. It's got a nice swimming pool with big terrace and nice outdoor kitchen in the teahouse. Nice view on green surroundings. We live on the upper floor and can give you advice.

We are Nicola and Richard and we have owned the property since 2006 which we have modernised and improve yearly. We live locally so can be on hand if required although we like to leave you to enjoy the stay at our home and your time in Moraira. Have been coming to Moraira since 1984 and fell in love with the area and purchased a villa for family holidays the current villa we purchased in 2007 as we wanted a flat plot and a traditional Spanish villa we spend about 4 months a year there as we are semi retired our family also use it we have always rented our property as the income helps pay the overheads and leaving them empty for long periods is detrimental to them and hope others enjoy our family holiday home as much as we do
