Rent from owners direct in Torrevieja

Hi, thanks for looking at the apartment. Me and my wife bought it in 2002 and were attracted by the great views of the lakes and natural park. We also love how quiet the area is. Any questions please get in touch. Thanks, Dave

We're Daniel and Natalie from the UK and have had this villa in Spain for many years. We recently had it redesigned and refurbished to make it a luxurious and perfect holiday getaway for friends or families who love to travel together. We have had wonderful guests stay at the villa since day one and we're always happy to help guests if there's anything we can do, to ensure you have a fantastic holiday when staying at The Luxury Villa at Pleamar 30 Holiday Rental.

We bought our apartment in August 2021 to use as a family a few times a year and to rent out so other families can also enjoy our happy place. Our children are 5, 7, 9 and 23. They all love staying at the apartment, swimming every day at the communal pool and having beach trips. The eldest tends to visit with friends and enjoys the nightlife in Torrevieja after a day relaxing by the pool. There really is something for everyone! Our younger children love going to the square at night and listening to the local singers, they also like going round to The Oasis bar and playing in the little play area...this also means we get time to have drink and chill out! A few of the reasons we bought here are the short drive from the airport, the year round good weather and that we can get to a number of different villages and beaches easily. As time goes on we will be updating the apartment, we have already made some changes that make out stay more comfortable. We hope you have a fab stay!
