2 bedroom holiday apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, with shared pool
August 2019

We had an amazing holiday! Chris was there to meet us at the airport and was very accommodating with regard to our enquiries on the local area, facilities, instructions etc. He was more then welcoming and and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. The apartment was perfect! It was clean and tidy and the rooms were ample sized. Having an en suite in the main bedroom was an added bonus! All amenities were well kept and there was even washing powders, dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee etc left by previous renters. The air conditioning offered good value for money and the use of free internet (fast at that!) was brilliant for our young family, whilst the adults enjoyed the use of UK TV! As for the pool... this was more than we could have wanted! The apartment was just a very short walk to the pool and we could see it from our terrace! The residents were extremely helpful and friendly and the pool was always clean and tidy! We really did have a brilliant holiday and created lots of memories! We had such a good time that we will more than likely be back next year and just hope this is available! The supermarket is just a short walk away and there are plenty of places to eat catering for all tastes. Thanks Chris for helping to make this a holiday to remember!

2 bedroom apartment to rent in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca
August 2019

The apartment is lovely, very large living room and nice bedrooms. It was very clean and tidy on arrival. Overlooked one of the swimming pools so ideal. Lots of restaurants to choose from locally. The beach isnt very good, small and rocky. 3 of our party had cuts and bruises from the rocks in the sea but a short bus ride took us to a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds to hire and refreshments. Would recommend the apartment.

2 bedroom apartment to rent in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca
June 2019

The apartment was exactly as listed. Air con worked really well and the fans in the bedrooms were a good speed and were very efficient. Dave and Connie couldn't have been more helpful with the arrival package and kept us updated through the whole process. The panoramic views from the roof top solarium are to die for 360 degrees uninterrupted. You are only 200 metres from the very well maintained communal pool and a five minute walk from the local pubs, restaurants and supermarket. San Luis itself is ideally situated for easy access to Torrevieja and the surrounding towns. Guards are beach is only a short drive away and is delightful. All in all, the perfect apartment in the perfect location.

2 bedroom El Chaparral apartment to rent
January 2018

We stayed for 2 weeks in winter to get an idea of the area and weather in winter. The apartment had everything you needed for self catering except a hairdryer. The rooms are all decorated in colours which does make it quite dark. It doesn't get any sun in the winter but this could be a good thing for keeping it cool in summer. We enjoyed the stay as it is a quiet area. Would stay again.

Apartments in Torrevieja

50km south of Alicante city, Torrevieja was originally a fishing and salt mining village. Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and two large salt lakes, it is now a modern seaside city, known for its subtropical climate and lively coast and promenade. Torrevieja has a high number of British expats, so there are a lot of home from home amenities such as pubs and international restaurants, yet there are a good number of Spanish locals who flock here in the summer months. Torrevieja is perfect for a family holiday as all five beaches boast excellent facilities and high environmental standards of cleanliness. To the north, discover natural coves and saltwater lakes near Juan Aparicio promenade. Enjoy a cleansing mud bath or just sit back, relax and take in the beauty of the natural landscape.

In the evening, watch the busy promenade come to life, with plenty to keep you and the kids entertained. There's no shortage of bars and restaurants in the area, where you'll find most of them in the El Baluarte area in La Punta. Stroll along the seafront and enjoy the lively cosmopolitan atmosphere, where you'll find plenty of traditional seafood restaurants, as well as fast food outlets. Torrevieja's outdoor night market is one of its main attractions and one of the biggest in Spain. Take home a souvenir from handcrafted jewellery to leather goods and bags and clothing.
