  Great location , using all the short cuts , about 10 mins walk to supermarket and restaurants. Excellent community swimming pool. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans to cook for yourself. TV has English channels , for those who want to watch it. Nice relaxing area on the roof . The only thing I was disappointed with was the BBQ , it was a small tripod thing , which we decided not to use. We didn't hire a car . as we just wanted to chill.

  Had a great time villa was fab just the right layout good size lots of space the pool was great the kids loved it (used every day) my only downside was you had to take the car every where was not able to walk to shops or restaurants. On the last night I found the other area with food and shops for reference leave a map for renters so they can experience the full benefits of la marina urbanisation.

  Beautiful property..short walk to local shops as described. Lovely pool just across the quiet road which was spotless. Quiet area..easy to travel to local areas..Best by car. Both showers lovely..air con in living room and double bedroom. I would personally prefer Aircon in all bedrooms as was very hot but that's just my preference. Take extra towels as no hand towels provided. Would recommend. Good communication and local info provided by owner.

  This is the second year we have stayed at this property, as we hire a car it’s in a great location, the homeowners round about the villa are very friendly and welcoming, the pool is great and never overly crowded, there was 2 small minor issues which Sandra sorted out straight away

  Really nice villa with all the creature comforts and amenities you’ll need. At the moment of leaving this review, the only downside is that the location is about 3/4 of a mile east of where it is pinned on the map.

  We had an amazing stay here, couldn't fault anything. It was like home frkm home, everything you needed & more. Sandra was excellent, any questions we had she would respond very promptly & Dawn was on hand for anything we needed. Pool opposite the house, which my 2 young girls loved, yes even in Feb!!! Lol, shops bars, restsurants just a short walk away. We would definitely book again & stay here, which we will be doing in a few weeks. Great little base for us to house hunt in spain Thanks again Sandra & Dawn, oh & the handy man 😁
