Our accommodation was in a quiet and well-kept area. As the weather in the latter part of our stay became colder, access to heating was a bit underdeveloped, then the accommodation was two floors. Only existing elements caused recurring power outage. When the stay was four weeks, more bed linen was required, and not only a large bed sheet and pillow case, but one per person.

Belighenten very good. Missed air conditioning. Dishwasher and washing machine were old and washed badly. The wifi had lousy coverage when there were 2 or more logged , used anytime 4G The beds were very hard. The apartment needs a general upgrade given that it is rented out so much. However, as said the location and area are perfect for families. The pool area was clean and nice.

Accommodation was of a very good standard, collection and returning of keys to Interhome was very easy. Only point to note was that the hot water tank didn't have enough hot water for 3 adults to have showers, we had to stagger the showers so to let the hot water tank heat up again in between showers. Accommodation was well equipped, great location and very quite and peaceful, everywhere was within walking distance due to Mil Palmeras being just a small town. We could only get the TV to work in black and white, (no colour) that may have been our fault in pressing a wrong button on the remote control. Overall we would still recommend this property.

Cozy house in a pleasant area. On the other hand, considering the important price of the hiring, an air-conditioning would be welcome, the ceiling fans are dilapidated, too noisy and only brews hot air. The environment is too noisy for those looking for some peace, especially in the evening with a group of twenty teenagers very noisy until 1 am and up! near the pool and the small square, just in front of the rental.

The photos are the same as in reality, in front of the pool that is ideal, quiet to rest and just like in the description. We had some technical problems in the house when entering and we immediately resolved the customer service in the area. He misses air conditioning but there are ceiling fans that are noticed. Recommended.
