Couple from Halifax , United Kingdom March 2019

We stayed in casa Davleen for a week in March. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The location is very good and in a lovely quiet area. The outside areas are very good with lots of places to sit either in or out of the sun. Paul is a good size and also kept spotlessly clean. In about a quarter of a mile there is a supermarket, golf course, two or three friendly bars and about four different restaurants catering for all tastes. The villa contains just about everything you could need for your stay. David was waiting for us on our arrival and gave us a really good rundown on the property and the area. There was a very good welcome pack including items of food and drink in the fridge couple bottles of wine and everything you would need to get you started. This is one of the best Villers we have stayed in and we will certainly be back.

We had a fabulous holiday in this villa in Summer. The villa is very well equipped and definitely has a wow-factor. We spent many an afternoon watching the golfers from the pool. The one thing I would change about this villa would be to have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but it hasn’t put us off as we have already booked to return next year!

Friends from Waterlooville, United Kingdom May 2018

Well we have stayed at this beautiful villa 6 times now as we love it so much. The villa is extremely clean and well presented and has everything you could possibly need and the owners, Eileen and Dave, are really helpful. Dave and Sue who manage the villa always make our stay the best it could be, from picking us up at the airport to making sure the villa is spotless for us. They are always on hand if you need anything and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. There are some lovely places to go to eat and drink just down at the bottom of the hill - we have found (as we are getting older!) that we tend to get a taxi home at the end of night now as it's only 4-5 euros. It also only costs approx 6 euros to get a taxi into Rojales (I'd recommend the Bridge bar for great atmosphere and terrific food). Some nice cocktail bars and restaurants to visit in Queseda too. You will not be disappointed with this villa!

Family from Reading, United Kingdom March 2018

We stayed here for 12 days in March/April 2018, communication with Eileen was brilliant from the moment we booked and she was extremely helpful and very friendly, the villa itself is perfect, very clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you need! The villa is beautiful and the outside space perfect with different areas to sit, eat or sunbathe. Certainly for us, it was a real home from home. We hired a car which suited us as we like to visit different places plus very useful for trips to the supermarket although there is one within walking distance if you don't mind the steep hill! We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return one day

About Rojales

Villas in Rojales

The traditional agricultural Valencian village of Rojales lies in the province of Alicante, on the southern Costa Blanca, just over a 20 minute drive from Torrevieja and Guardamar's glorious beaches. The River Segura runs through the village's lively centre, where you'll find residential areas, supermarkets, traditional restaurants and tapas bars. There are even a couple of English pubs to make you feel right at home, as well as a local church, museum and village square. Watch the village come to life on Thursday for market day, where the streets are filled with stalls selling fresh produce and handmade souvenirs. Take a stroll along the river and across the 18th century bridge, where you'll find a mix of rural farmhouses, residential urban areas and picturesque orchards. Take a trip to the charming cave houses situated on the hillside south of the town, where local artist Manuel Fulleda Alcaraz has adorned each one using shells, tiles and mirrors. There is also a quaint little bar here which plays live jazz music every Friday. For a change of scenery, the historic city of Murcia and palm-fringed city of Elche are less than an hour away by car.
