Modern build in a gated area of 4-5 villas. Ideal for families either with a lot of kids of say two families with kids that can sleep in bunks. Furnished with everything you'd expect. Decent internet connection. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Nice beaches nearby. 15 min drive to decent supermarkets - Intermache became our preference. The drawbacks - no air conditioning - we ended up buying cheap fans to get through the night. Swimming pool is not heated

Great location, very quiet. Near to the ocean. Pretty clean, with very clean linen and towels provided. Easy to reach from airport and Lisbon. The only downside was crossing the bridge over the river. If we are going to come back to visit Lisbon and nearby for sure we would look for the same location.

Myself and 11 other golfers booked to play at the courses surrounding this villa, the communication upon booking was second to none. Any questions or requests we had were responded to same day and put our minds at ease. The accommodation is beautiful and very spacious. This is certainly value for money and we will definitely be returning. If I had any critiques at all it would only be the bedrooms are not air conditioned and it does get very stuffy during the hot season. That being said it did not affect our stay and we absolutely loved it. First class service. Thank you for your hospitality. Kind regards James
