Amazing, amazing, amazing! This villa was simply stunning. You know how sometimes the photo's can make a property seem bigger than it actually is, but not this one. Huge rooms and really looked after. From the start of our stay (didn't get to the villa until 1.30am) Christine, our rep, was there to meet us, let us in, show us around, show us how it all worked etc. She kept in contact with us throughout our 9 night stay, and arranged for the cleaner to come on day 5 for a mid week clean, which was an added bonus as all the bed sheets and towels were changed. All kitchen appliances worked and very clean. Kettle was a bit hit and miss, but once you got the knack of it, it worked fine. Brilliant idea to have the water cooler, you just go and buy a 19L bottle just up the road at the nearest market which was cheap, and they delivered this and your food for you for free. (Can Can Market). Loved the pool, which was cleaned every day, and the views from the balconies were to die for. We met the owner at the end of our stay, as he handed us back our £150 breakage deposit. Kalkan does have a few electricity issues, this is not the villa, but Kalkan itself. During our stay, we had 3 blackouts, one which lasted for 6 hours overnight, which meant no air con in the rooms, so an uncomfortable night that night. The pool at 7am was very much needed that day! Loved it here. Thank you so much to Christine and her colleagues, this villa really made our holiday. Thank you.Read more

We have recent come back from a fantastic holiday and stay at Villa Diana. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa home from home. The villa is close enough to the restaurants/bars and beach but far enough away to relax around the pool. The transfers were excellent and value for money. The communication was brilliant any questions we had were dealt with promptly. We would recommend this villa to other families and i am sure we will return again for another holiday in the near future. Thank you.Read more
We have stayed in many villas in different countries, and this is one of the best holidays we have had. The pool is large and well maintained every day. We were in contact with Julian, who always replied quickly, and made sure that everything went smoothly. The villa has everything you would need, and it was very clean. Also, the villa is well located and is about a 15 minute walk to the sea. There is a taxi call button on the lamp post just outside the villa, and it only costs about £2 to the front. Well worth it when the temperature is into the mid 30's. The curtains in the bedrooms are not lined, so if the light would wake you up in the mornings, I would recommend you take a sleep mask with you. I cannot wait to return. Fabulous!Read more

Villas in Turkey
Turkey boasts over 5,000 miles of coastline; beaches all along the coast in Turkey are breath-taking, with crystal-clear, warm waters for swimming or partaking in water sports. Boat trips to discover islands and secluded coves are popular, but if you fancy a break from the beach, why not visit some of Turkey’s ancient ruins? A combination of Greek, Roman and Byzantine styles, its mosques, temples and amphitheatres are well worth a visit. Inland, fabulous rugged mountainsides covered in pine forests and citrus groves provide a stunning contrast to the sparkling sea.
Villas in Turkey are available to rent in all the main resorts, from the liveliest party towns to tranquil retreats, ranging from the simple and traditional to the ultra-luxurious.
And whether you fancy meze in Marmaris, kebabs in Kalkan, dolma in Dalyan or imam bayildi in Bodrum, Turkish food is amazingly good value, and of course all our Turkey villas come equipped with excellent cooking facilities.

A sheltered lagoon with a mile long crescent of white shingle beach, deep blue waters, a lush green national park; paragliding, sunbathing and snorkelling; Olüdeniz is a picture perfect setting for a villa holiday in Turkey.
A popular holiday destination for good reason, Kusadasi offers eight sun-drenched beaches, water sports, and numerous nearby days out including aqua parks and Roman ruins, combined with traditional Turkish charm and hospitality.
The clear blue sea and the warm sun are what draw people back time and again to Kemer, but the town offers plenty more – superb harbour-side restaurants, traditional markets, and many nearby attractions for all the family to enjoy.
