Hi. I bought Villa Priene from new in 2006. It's a beautiful area, good walks, clean air, nature and friendly people. The villa is light and airy with plenty outside space.

We were taken aback with the style of the villa . We enjoy the tranquility of the quiet location , lying by the private pool with beautiful stunning mountain views , yet only being a 10 minute walk into either Hisaronu or Ovacik which both have a variety of restaurant, bars and shops . One of our main draws to the area, was Olu Deniz , home of the stunning Blue Lagoon . The villa is very centrally located to as the dolmus stop is also nearby and you can get to many places including Fethiye which is another favourite of ours.

We are a very busy family with two children, myself being a company director and my wife a headteacher. We love Dalyan, the villas and the local people. Dalyan is our ideal holiday retreat and we could talk all day about the great times we have had there!

We bought our property 2018, but we fell in love with Türkiye in 2010 when we left a very snowy UK to start a new life here. We first visited Çalış around 2012 during the winter months, and we were blown away by the snow capped mountains, the blue skies, buzz of Fethiye and the laidback pace of Çalış. We chose to live in Çalış because as Phil and Kirsty say, ' Location, Location, Location'. We walk or cycle to most places. Everything is a stones throw away, and we love the canal walks in this semi rural location.

We are property landlords in the UK and this apartment is our holiday home. We have taken great care in its furnishings fixtures and hope you will be more than happy with your say here.

Our first ever visit to Calis was in May 2017. Friends from Hisaronu brought us here and we sat a drink (or few) at Hamsi Bar on the Prom watching the most stunning sunset and knew it was where we wanted to be. In May 2018 we signed on the dotted line and Villa Serefe became our very own piece of Turkiye. A year later, to the day, we got married by the pool with a wonderful evening reception at Mavi on the local beach. We are only renting our holiday home out for the main summer months when we tend to stay at home in Kent. We first came on holiday to Calis in 2007 and immediately fell in love with all it had to offer. The local people are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. We went on to buy our holiday home in 2010 and come a minimum of 3 times a year. We are pleased to welcome other people to stay at Villa Yakamoz so they can enjoy the local area and what it has to offer as much as we do.

We have owned our Apartment for over 10 years we bought from new and furnished it.

Hi everyone! This is our lovely family house we mostly used for large famy holidays during summer. We had wonderful memories during our stays with my two uncles' family, my family, my mum and my two brothers's family. As you can imagine it was more than what the house can accomodate, but still then we had plenty of space for everyone . Especially around the pool! The house offers such a comfort that you dont feel like going out everyday. That view around the pool is just something that you can never have enough! The surronding area is also so charning and beautiful that you can never get bored to explore. My personal favourite is the sea, right after Marmaris centre, and Akyaka centre, at night time. Delicious fish restaurants around the freezing fresh water of Azmak river is aso a must to see! Most of us now living abroad so the house is not getting as busier as it used to be during summer time. We therefore decided to let others to enjoy it and create good memories like u as family and friends! You will love it!!! All the best Gizem
