We bought our property 2018, but we fell in love with Türkiye in 2010 when we left a very snowy UK to start a new life here. We first visited Çalış around 2012 during the winter months, and we were blown away by the snow capped mountains, the blue skies, buzz of Fethiye and the laidback pace of Çalış. We chose to live in Çalış because as Phil and Kirsty say, ' Location, Location, Location'. We walk or cycle to most places. Everything is a stones throw away, and we love the canal walks in this semi rural location.

We are property landlords in the UK and this apartment is our holiday home. We have taken great care in its furnishings fixtures and hope you will be more than happy with your say here.

I was employed by Barclays Bank for over 31 years and was a senior IT manager when I took early retirement in 2005. In 2006 we fell in love with a villa we found in Calis. We furnished it to a high standard, named it Villa Diana and are now happy to share it with others to enjoy the wonders of Turkey.

I've owned the property in Calis since it was built, it's a lovely cosy apartment and I've tried to make it a 'home from home' with everything you could need whilst you are away (and as one lady commented 'even down to the bag clips for your food items'! I first visited in 2004 with a friend and loved it from the minute I set foot in the place, people are warm and friendly and I felt totally safe there. I visit three/four times a year and am always excited to return

Hi there. We have had this villa for the last 10 years or so, using it as our home whenever we can. It is not an investment, it is our home away from home. The neighbors are lovely - they will always tell you good morning. The area is lovely. We are always available for questions or comments or anything you might need - before, during or after your trip.
