This apartment was in a fantastic location for us, The area of the complex was amazing, the view from where we were, was outstanding.... The apartment had everything you needed and was spacious for the 3 of us, I think anymore people would struggle with the lounge though as the sofa only seated 3. You couldn’t have chosen a worst client to ask for a review as my profession was aninterior designer. So an honest opinion is best. The towels really need updating. You need a small cleaning pack under the sink just to keep basic things like sinks and toilets clean, cleaning tables inside and out. The bedding also appears to have ran its course, and lack slight colour to enhance the rooms. A small display for the table would be nice. Both bathrooms are of good size and cater well. Kitchen and fridge freezer is really good. Tv excellent for films. Top patio lacked a good clean, it’s small but enough for its use. I just feel this apartment lacks an update that’s all, and for it to appear a little more welcoming as mentioned above. But I’m booking again now for next year so it must suit my needs. This apartment just lacked a few small interior components. On saying all this, the apartment is a holiday let, but is your home for a week....... X

Very nice apartment with most of the necessary amenities. It has a good washing machine and dishwasher, important for us. The master bedroom has an okay size and closet and access to a balcony which we used to dry clothes. The children's bedroom is very small, it is possible to stay with 2 kids as we did, but then it's impossible to use or open the closet in that room. No dealbreaker, but not practical. A small bbq on the balcony would have been nice to be able to cook outside, but not a problem. The bathroom is Spartan. There's no room to put down toiletries and the shower is very small. Every time someone turned around, bottles of shampoo would fall down, annoying. WiFi is unstable, unfortunately and slow, sometimes non existent, especially in the bedrooms. Did we mind the above mentioned things very much? No, because the rest was perfect. We loved the location, very central in Calis, in about 10 minutes you walk to where most restaurants are clustered, the beach is in front of the building, though a little too windy in pre season on some days (second half of april), but there are a lot of magnificent beaches in this area. Our contact with Julian was perfect: he responds quickly, solves issues and is very trustworthy. There are a lot of sweet dogs around, most of them with collars but no visible owners. A small store for bread in the morning at a few minutes walk. A bigger supermarket, Migros, on the way to Fethiye, and in many more locations. The area is amazing for hiking, swimming and all kinds of excursions. Don't miss hiking up Babadag, the Saklikent canyon, the waterfall nearby, Tlos, Oludeniz np, Kayakoy, Tuesday market in Fethiye and Sunday in Calis. Visit Kidrak beach if you like waves and rest. Book a boattour. Enjoy!!! Would recommend!

Had a wonderful time at Sunset. Appartment block is right on sea front so easy access to Calis Beach and the numerous facilities. The appartments was exactly as shown in photography. As you enter the property there is a large dining living area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony with side sea views, also a bedroom with a pull out double bed and shower room. Down stairs are the master bedroom with ensuite facilities, including a bath and a very large second bedroom with 2 single beds. I also noticed a travel cot and high chair under the staircase. There is also a door leading out to the garden area and some further patio furniture was also under the staircase so you could sit in this area. My friend mentioned to Julian, the manager that a toaster would be handy and "Hey Presto" a nice new shiny toaster appeared. There is a large swimming pool at the back of the apartment block which you have to go up some steps to get to, due to one of our party having leg problems we used the pool next door at Letoon hotel. They are quite happy to let you use their facilities and will bring your drinks to poolside for you. Oppisit the sunset is Aroma Beach Bar which we tended to go to for a drink before we got ready to go out. It's a lovely place and the staff were really friendly. They hold weddings there and we were Lucky enough to witness a few. The Turkish night at Aroma is a must, it was about £8 and you get an amazing barbecue spread, salads ,bread chips, dips and Chicken and meatballs (Turkish meatballs are like small burgers). But the best bit was the entertainment, the acts were amazing. Well worth the money. If come out of the appartments, up to the beach and turn left you will come to Oben family run restaurant, where you can see the whole family in the kitchen cooking. The food was lovely and the staff very attentive. If you carry on to the end of the road there is a lamppost to the left with a button marked taxi, just push it and wait a few mins and a taxi will arrive. Also if you turn left there are some supermarkets with everything you need. In the middle of town, by the bridge there are water taxis which will take you over to Fethyia, it was a couple of quid and you get a nice journey over to the main town. The fish market is a must as you get a seat at any of the restaurants and then go and chose your fish, then the restaurant cooks it for you. We also went to Oludeniz a couple of times and loved sitting at a bar and watching the Paragliders landing along the beach. The Oyster Bar was lovely, I had an amazing prawn cocktail and it reminded me of Ibiza in the 1980's. If you fancy egg and bacon head to Lees 70's 80's and 90's bar along the promanade, the black pudding was amazing, or stop anywhere for a Turkish breakfast, eggs, olives fruit and breads. I brought my usual 3 tons of toiletries with me and found it was the same price in the supermarket!!! Soap powder and dishwasher tablets were cheaper in Turkey, nappies the same as home so don't bother carrying it all with you. The first day there we went to the Sultan Hammaman, I emailed them beforehand and they picked us up for free (a lot of places seem to do that if you ask) I had every treatment, scrub, facemask, an hour oil massage for £45 but there are much cheaper packages and it takes the layers of dead skin off ready for a tan, amazing experience. Turkey is very cheap for eating out, also I had my roots tinted and a blow dry for £10 and the most amazing haircut and blow dry for abou £12. Julian was always at the end of the phone if there were any problems, we also took the welcome pack as we were coming in late at night which included satchels of tea and coffee, eggs, bread, butter, toilet roll, tomatoes, Turkish cheese ( like feta) milk crisps buscuits fruit juice and soft drinks. There are so many lovely things to do that I could easily have stayed for another month.

Couple from Dundee, United Kingdom April 2018

Had a great holiday, the apartment is slightly tired looking, the wifi is poor and has been for the last three years. The bar next door was very noisy last year but not so bad this year.As we ate in a fair bit a microwave would not have gone amiss. But all in all it is a decent place to stay. Would like to return next year because of location and the very helpful apartment manager Julian. It is quite reassuring to know he is only a phone call away if anything goes wrong. He really is a nice man.
