    Had a lovely time staying in the villa felt at home (was there 10/07 to 21/07) pool area lovely Close to supermarkets,centre of Dalyan and river Good communication from Glynnis organised our transfers (can recommend using Sonuc) Would highly recommend hope to come back next year

    3 bedroom Villa Etki...a Very Special And Lovely Villa In The City Center..
    As a group of four adults we were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the villa. The family were there to greet us on arrival. When little issues came up a text to Tanir would be answered and the issues were corrected within hours. The pool is a good size. We were close to the town and walked in to dinner each evening. Our return flight was cancelled and Tanir was very accommodating by letting us stay another night as there were a couple of days before new people arrived. We will definitely be returning.

    The very best Villa, wonderful pool, beautiful, well maintained garden. Everything you could need supplied in the large, airy, beautifully furnished villa. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the nearest shop and to the Limon Tree, a lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend- would go back in a flash!

    The property was clean , in good condition . The pool was a good size , with sunbeds and a parasol. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. Suggestions…. Basic welcome pack , ie Water , milk , ect. Possible transfers could be arranged. Tv , was all Turkish , no English channels , ie news channel . Our stay was pleasant and we would book here again.

    Very good, lack of basics on arrival - but happy to get bread butter and jam after a long journey. Hot water was surprisingly scarce, enough for one shower only per morning. One bike punctured but we weren't using them anyway. Pool nice and clean. Garden well tended. Two toilet rolls only, and soap only found on last day in a cupboard above fridge/freezer. Mike was very helpful and prompt with his responses to queries. We would happily return.

Villas in Dalyan

Dalyan is a pretty town on the southwest coast of Turkey, in the middle of the Dalyan Delta. While there are restaurants, bars and cafes abound, it still retains much of its laidback riverside charm. The surrounding green valley is full of citrus and pine trees, and the entire delta is a protected conservation area, home to over 200 species of birds. Unspoilt Iztuzu Beach, known as Turtle Beach after the famous Loggerhead turtles that nest there, can be reached by boat. A tranquil cruise through a maze of whispering reed beds leads you to a 4 km crescent of fine white sand and warm, shallow sea, and some claim this to be the best beach in Turkey.

The dramatic Lycian rock tombs of Dalyan, known as the Tombs of the Kings, shouldn’t be missed; overlooking the river, they are especially striking at night when gilded by floodlight from a perfect vantage point of a riverside meze restaurant.

Another unmissable experience is the Sultaniye Hot Springs on the shore of Lake Köyceğiz; coat yourself in allegedly rejuvenating mud in a steaming pool. Return from your villa holiday younger than when you arrived!
