The Villa is amazing. Not too far from the centre of Kahili, the pool man was very friendly and Sheila the owner is very helpful. No real concerns at all. If we were being really critical the WiFi is not the best but manageable and the pool a little deep with no shallow end otherwise we had a fantastic holiday and would return no problem.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This villa was simply stunning. You know how sometimes the photo's can make a property seem bigger than it actually is, but not this one. Huge rooms and really looked after. From the start of our stay (didn't get to the villa until 1.30am) Christine, our rep, was there to meet us, let us in, show us around, show us how it all worked etc. She kept in contact with us throughout our 9 night stay, and arranged for the cleaner to come on day 5 for a mid week clean, which was an added bonus as all the bed sheets and towels were changed. All kitchen appliances worked and very clean. Kettle was a bit hit and miss, but once you got the knack of it, it worked fine. Brilliant idea to have the water cooler, you just go and buy a 19L bottle just up the road at the nearest market which was cheap, and they delivered this and your food for you for free. (Can Can Market). Loved the pool, which was cleaned every day, and the views from the balconies were to die for. We met the owner at the end of our stay, as he handed us back our £150 breakage deposit. Kalkan does have a few electricity issues, this is not the villa, but Kalkan itself. During our stay, we had 3 blackouts, one which lasted for 6 hours overnight, which meant no air con in the rooms, so an uncomfortable night that night. The pool at 7am was very much needed that day! Loved it here. Thank you so much to Christine and her colleagues, this villa really made our holiday. Thank you.

we had a wonderful time the property is large and very well equipped with a fabulous amount of crockery great balcony and amazing views and the best pool ever. the local area is great to explore three restaurants in walking distance. It was so wonderful that in fact we were happy to spend most of our time at the villa. We had a very happy relaxing time there and really really enjoyed our stay.

You will not be disappointed with this villa! A luxurious 5 star villa with stunning views! We were a group of 9 people (3 couples and 3 kids), staying for 10 nights and there are ample rooms and bathrooms. The villa is well equipped with all the essentials you would expect to see and more, even specially fitting towels for each very comfortable sunbed. The pool cleaner comes every morning and cleaners come 7 days into your stay and when you leave. Overall the villa is furnished to a very high standard, is very secure with outside security cameras and you’ll love the pool + jacuzzi for endless fun. The local agent, Hamdi was exceptional and went that extra mile to fulfil our every request/need, nothing was too much trouble. For example, when we found that we had no water on a Sunday morning (which was the case for most villas in the area…), Hamdi and his staff got the problem resolved in a few hours (fantastic for a Sunday…). Kalkan town is only a 5 minute taxi ride down the hill, which is very affordable at 20 lira and the same goes for the local beach clubs. Kalkan at night is a hidden gem and offers lots of character with its many roof top restaurants serving delicious food. In terms of recommendations for improvement, my only suggestion would be to provide a pool table down one of the sides of the villa or a folding table tennis table which can be stored at the back of the villa, which in turn would have been very entertaining for the kids ( and adults), however, to be clear this was not advertised when we booked, so we weren’t expecting it and it’s just a suggestion. We all had a fantastic holiday and a big contributing factor was the Villa that we stayed in and the agent that looked after our every need. To that end, we would highly recommend this villa and will most definitely be back again soon…

Villas in Antalya

Antalya is an astoundingly beautiful region of Turkey, the gateway to the southern Mediterranean region known as the Turquoise coast. The shore, flanked by rugged mountains carpeted in pine trees and olive groves, boasts miles of white sand beaches, isolated coves and famous blue seas.

The array of Antalya resorts reveals its varied nature. Discover luxurious yachts and designer shopping, but also a host of historical sites such as the Greek amphitheatre and the Temple of Apollo. Many of our villas in the Bougainvillea-clad village of Kalkan have stunning views across the Mediterranean. Visit Belek for beaches, thermal spas, golf courses and a dolphinarium; watch the fishermen and enjoy seafood in the laid back village of Kas.

Whether you're looking for a holiday lazing on the beach, hiking the Lycian Way, or visiting historical and mythological sites such as the flaming slopes of Chimaera (said to be the inspiration for Homer’s monstrous fire-breathing creature) or the church of St Nicholas (aka Father Christmas) in Demre– find a Clickstay villa in Antalya.

Kalkan in Turkey is one of my favourite places in the world - it is beyond beautiful, and has amazing weather and even better food. It is my absolute pleasure to share with you a handful of reasons why I am so in love with this town and why you should be booking yourself a holiday there very soon.
