  • 6 bedroom villa with private pool in Lazio, Italy
    October 2023
We truly enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s villa. We had hot weather for Oct so we were able to enjoy being outside & the swimming in the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with a small amount of basics already stocked. We found some of the outdoor furniture to be in tired condition or broken. Patricia explained that as it was the end of her season, it would be replaced for the next high season. Patricia was very helpful suggesting nearby restaurants & grocery stores & places to visit. Overall a fabulous home base for our week in Italy!

The property itself was lovely. Very clean and owners extremely helpful. The area not so, its in a very rural area with nothing around it. A car is essential.

  • 3 bedroom villa rental in Sicily, Italy, with private pool
    August 2022
We had a lovely relaxing holiday here. The villa is in a peaceful location with lovely gardens and a great size pool. The rooms are all comfortably furnished and it has everything you need. The annexe is great for an older teenager or a couple too, completely self contained with a kitchen and bathroom . The owner was really helpful and came round immediately to sort any issues we had, which were all minor. There are lots of great restaurants a short drive away but a car is definitely required here. A great place to stay!

  • 7 bedroom Tuscan villa to rent
    July 2022
We had a lovely time. The host was great, very helpful and a pleasure to get to know. The house and facilities were great. Note: There are not any shops locally, nearest is half a mile and 1.5 miles. If you want a large supermarket, this is in Arezzo. Take Tennis rackets and any pool toys (inflatables, etc.) as none provided.

  • 2 bedroom holiday villa in Tuscany, Italy, with private pool
    June 2019
Stayed in this lovely away from it all area last year House is just so rural and yet everything u need is provided Very hot spell when we there so some sort of electric fan for bedroom would have been good but rest of house very cool Please be aware it’s very much off the beaten track and you need a car full stop The 3km journey up the hill is shall we say interesting but not impossible and is made up for by the beautiful views and isolation Will be back for a chill next year for sure

  • 3 bedroom villa to rent in Tuscany, Italy
    May 2019
This is a great location (down a track from the SP50 road) and is generally quiet apart from obvious agricultural activity in the vineyards. The property is 3 bedrooms but note that one of them (the twin) is the thoroughfare from one side of the house to the other. The house is effectively two apartments linked together. You can access each separately from the outside if needed. There are two bathrooms (the third is under the house in the utility area). The property has everything you’d need for your stay. Nearest supermarket is the Coop (huge) in Certaldo. The pizzeria a couple of km from the house is excellent, but go early as it is very popular with locals later on. Visit the Certaldo old town it’s really attractive. It’s a short walk up the hill from the main square or use the funicular if it’s open. Street parking in town is very cheap.
