I am an University teacher of Economics in Palermo, Italy. I own this villa composed of 4 different apartments (can sleep 24 people, garden 3.200 square meters), extra large pool salt water and no chlorine, that i rent weekly for holidays. It's situated in a beautiful countryside and beachside (km. 3 from the sea) area, close to amazing archaeological sites and interesting monumental towns: Segesta, Selinunte, Agrigento, Monreale, Palermo, Mozia, Marsala, Trapani... I take care of this villa and host tourists coming from all over the world, it's an exciting experience that renews day by day my life: new people, different languages, different habits, new friends...

After many years of visiting Umbria and falling in love with its unique charm, we were finally drawn to buying a house here. Each visit left us more enchanted by the blend of sophistication and rustic allure. The locals are wonderful—welcoming and deeply passionate about their culture, traditions, food, and wine. The village itself has a distinctive character, and the views are consistently breathtaking. Umbria, often referred to as the "Green Heart of Italy," is renowned for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and culinary delights. This region is a paradise for food and wine enthusiasts. With its rolling hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves, Umbria produces some of Italy's finest wines, including the world-renowned Sagrantino di Montefalco and Orvieto Classico. The local cuisine is equally impressive, featuring hearty dishes like truffle pasta, wild boar, and porchetta, all enhanced by the region's exceptional olive oil. Traveling through Umbria offers a diverse range of activities. History buffs will appreciate exploring ancient Etruscan sites, medieval towns, and Renaissance art in cities like Perugia and Assisi. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking and cycling through the verdant Umbrian countryside, with its rolling hills, lush forests, and tranquil lakes. We visit as often as we can, enjoying the unique rewards of each season. We've made wonderful friends here, both permanent residents and fellow travelers, all sharing a love for everything Umbrian. We hope you'll fall in love with this place as we have. My name is Antonio and I am a retired bank manager .. my wife Maria Pia and I built this villa together to live with our three children. But for work reasons we moved to Rome and we could no longer use this house. So we decided to make it live and let tourists enjoy it. We are truly pleased to know that other families or groups of friends can taste the beauty of living in this home. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the small town of Recco. The air is full of oxygen and the scent of the forest below. Peace is enhanced by the chirping of birds. During the hot summer days it is nice to be pampered by the song of cicadas.
