So you will find yourself in a fantastic house to be discovered with details well kept and always maintained with a very high standard. I like making you feel at home, whether you stay for one night or for months. I live in the area of the Navigli and I love this area, almost every night I walk with my dog and discover new corners of the city, new trendy restaurants and pubs, I like to live in this area where I always find everything alive day and night, I will not leave never this really fantastic also and located a a few steps from the city center! Hello, I'm Mapy I born in Sutri, a little village in the province of Viterbo, Lazio region, but I live abroad since 2007. I bought this house because I wanted a nice place to stay when I come back to my little town. Considering I'm spending a lot of time away I though to rent this house to who would like to visit Sutri and the surrounded areas, live for a while in this typical Italian village, experience every moment and enjoy the beauties and of course the local food and wine. You won't find the standard holiday home but you will find a place to stay and relax, you will find Home! I'm available to accommodate any of your requests, just ask :) My purpose is to have guests happy and satisfy, and to give them a lovely stay in Sutri.

Hi, I am Chiara, I grew up in Vinci but moved to London when I was 23 years old where I lived and worked for 9 years. In 2002 I moved back to Vinci with my husband Ian. Casa eden is the house next to our home. We love the view and the area. We find that although Casa Eden is a large property, it feels cosy and friendly and we hope you will love it too.

We are a Finnish–Australian family and bought this house in 2007 after searching through dozens of properties across Tuscany. The moment we walked through the door, we knew. It was love at first visit. It’s a traditional Tuscan stone house, beautiful and wonderfully spacious inside. The large west-facing private garden and pool enjoy sunshine all day, followed by the most stunning sunsets in the evening. Under a beautiful old tree sits our twelve-seat garden table, offering natural shade for long lunches and relaxed afternoon drinks. From the beginning, this house has felt like home — full of light, warmth, and special memories.
