I'm Ludovico Stevens, the son of Mrs Stevens who is the owner of cottage and lives in the main Villa attached to it. I manage the booking & advertising of the cottage on my mother's behalf. I live in France. We have been renting the cottage for many years, then we stopped for a few years as my father was reqiring a lot of care in his old age. After the passing of my father in 2012 we have restarted the cottage rental.

Lunigaiana is a beautiful part of Tuscany, more mountainous and forested than the Southern parts. We were instantly attracted to its beauty when on a driving trip from London in 2009. We were developing our own holiday villa when the opportunity arose to purchase further properties in the village. We have been coming to Braia for many years but this is the first year for our new 'vacanze case' venture. Our love of gardens has enabled us to plan a spectacular garden and hopefully give pleasure to those who visit it.
