A keen amateur photographer who moved to Italy in 2019 from England. I am a frequent traveller who uses Clickstay to rent rooms, making many new friends in the process. I love working in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and having received exceptional hospitality around the world, I now look forward to extending the hand of hospitality to others. Originally from Canada, our dream was to purchase a home in Tuscany. Throughout our journey to find the perfect home, we agreed that the view was a must-have. We wanted to have a view that was breathtaking and that we could have those panoramic views. When we found this home it had those views and one surprise was that we were astonished at how beautiful the sunsets were. Every night we experienced a different sunset and each one was more beautiful than the other. We decided to name our home Casa Ora d'Oro meaning "Golden Hour". We want to share the experience and feeling that we had for the first time and still have today. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and experience the same wonder and beauty that we do. We are situated in a peaceful and tranquil location with the ability to immerse yourself in nature. While being in what we feel is the most perfect spot in Tuscany, we are located just over a couple of hours from Rome and a little over an hour from Florence. You can reach Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino within minutes. Enjoy all the wonderful things Italy has to offer while still being able to live like a local. We offer a typical and traditional Tuscan experience while still having access to modern amenities such as Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Wifi, Washer, and Dryer. We want you to spend your time enjoying and experiencing Italy.

Il Villino di Cortona is a new property, restored the first time in 2010 and now in 2019. It's open to Friends / Guests from summer 2011. I'm really happy for this.

My wife and I have been managing our Podere Oliveta for 25 years. It was an old farm dating back to the end of the 1700s, we restored it and divided it into 5 apartments. We still produce Chianti wine and olive oil. We are located in the center of Tuscany in the middle of the Chianti hills from where the most interesting places can easily be reached. We guarantee a peaceful and relaxing stay. We advise our customers on excursions, where to eat, where to shop and help them with any need.
