  We were very satisfied. The house is well furnished, all quasi new and coordinated. The only "criticism" point: there was only Italian television (antenna), but I'm not going on vacation.

  Location: Just great the location and the house is spacious and offers enough space. Only about 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Also a small river flows into the sea where canoeing is possible. At the Kurumbabar (beach direction Castelsardo, 7 minutes from the house on foot) is also a great stretch of beach with a small river where the children have the choice between salt and fresh water. Facilities: Unfortunately only very poorly equipped with kitchen utensils such as cutlery, no large glasses, no toaster, egg cups, shot glasses etc. It had to be rinsed constantly despite dishwasher. Even a missing grill restricted the choice of menu strongly. Unfortunately, the table grill can not go with the plane. The sleeping sofa and the pillows there could not be used, as everything smelled very strong. The pillows could be washed. Furniture / Cleanliness: The furniture was functional and adequate. In the shower was orange bathroom mold in the corner joints. The toilet brush was very dirty from its predecessors. The stand rusted. Should urgently be replaced (12 euros in the nearby XX market). Otherwise, the apartment was handed over very clean. In the outdoor area, a rake would be beneficial to rake the pine needles together. Too bad about the beautiful sand around the house that you can not see and where the children liked to play. Contact on site: Despite late arrival at around 11.30pm, Mr. XXX was ready to deposit us the key to the apartment and we were able to get into the house. Thanks again for that - Mile Grazie. Handover took place in the morning. Staff spoke unfortunately only Italian and the transfer was limited to the bare minimum. Further information about the surroundings had to be found out. Suggestion for improvement: - Please more equipment in the apartment - replace toilet brush and shower thoroughly clean - brochures and maps from the area would be great in the apartment. - WLAN would be great - Since almost every day some waste is picked up, a waste calendar would be advantageous. Conclusion: Except for the o.a. Little things, the apartment is first class and in a great location for all activities. Also a super great pizzeria is around the corner (XXX) where the Margherita costs only 4.50 euros. - Neptune grotto by car 1 hour 10 min. - Beach of Stintino, 1 hour 10 min. - Wild horses plateau 2

  Good house for a family of four. Less than 5 minutes walk to very nice sandy beach. In about 1 km (Valledoria) several large supermarkets, tourist shops, nice restaurants and ice cream parlors.

  We were allowed to enjoy a week in Valledoia. The apartment is big enough to live in with a 4-headed family (although 6 beds are available). It is comfortably furnished and everything is there. We would immediately go back to the same place. The only downer is the soft mattress in the master bedroom.

  4 bedroom Olbia-Tempio Province holiday villa rental with private pool
  The house was very nice and nicely decorated. Everything was there, what you need. We were with 8 people in the house. A little more cutlery, glasses and plates would be good, then you do not have to rinse after every meal, as well as another couch on the terrace or the like would be great, especially with 8 people. We spent ages on the terrace, just because of this fantastic view. The pool is also a dream and is cleaned twice a week. The communication with the administrator is very uncomplicated and always immediately available via mobile phone. The location is also great, Olbia 20 minutes by car, the nearest beaches max. 10 minutes and Golfo Aranci also in 10 minutes. There are many good restaurants in the area. Overall a great holiday with 3 generations and we would definitely book this house again.

  4 bedroom Olbia-Tempio Province holiday villa rental with private pool
  Let's start with the most important ... location and view. For once it all meets the expectations and the pictures in the "catalog". The view is amazing from the pool and the large covered terrace. Our 2x2 children (10-14 years) immediately said "pour" for the 2 rooms in the basement and then we had adults 2 en-suite bedrooms in the living room. Car is needed for everything. The mattresses need to be replaced, but in addition it is a nice place. Best advice ... try to eat at the restaurant 100 meters from the house and go for a dolphin safari (with built-in snorkeling). We will be happy to come again again.
