  Good location, faithful to descrption, beautiful view and well placed (Stintino accessible on foot). The beautiful beaches are 1km, 5; other less beautiful beaches are closer. But the apartment needs a good refresh (chairs in poor condition, very few utensils to cook ...) and relative cleanliness despite a lump sum cleaning. One of the bedrooms has no window, overlooking an interior skylight. The situation of rooms on the ground floor is not very practical and can pose problems for people with mobility concerns.

  House is very quiet and in a beautiful landscape. The house has two beautiful terraces and is functional. The kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive and the beach chairs on the terrace are without cushions and therefore uncomfortable. In the immediate vicinity a beautiful and not overflowing in the high season bathing bay. In the water rocks and stones, bathing shoes and Tauccherbrille are very useful to get into deeper water. Bay very suitable for snorkeling. Reception was very friendly and the service was extremely helpful. It would be sensible to get directions from street to our case to gate 2. Unfortunately, the given GPS data did not lead to our destination.

  Let's start with the most important ... location and view. For once it all meets the expectations and the pictures in the "catalog". The view is amazing from the pool and the large covered terrace. Our 2x2 children (10-14 years) immediately said "pour" for the 2 rooms in the basement and then we had adults 2 en-suite bedrooms in the living room. Car is needed for everything. The mattresses need to be replaced, but in addition it is a nice place. Best advice ... try to eat at the restaurant 100 meters from the house and go for a dolphin safari (with built-in snorkeling). We will be happy to come again again.

  Overall, a great location with basic facilities but the outdoor area is very good (outdoor shower !, two terraces, view of the sea, close to the sea). Unfortunately, the small ants fight for each little shred and are only with appropriate bait, vinegar, ... to keep away from the house. No problem for nature lovers. Welcome on site great, additionally requested on-site linen has never arrived. Car is essential if you want to see something of the island.

  The house was very nice and nicely decorated. Everything was there, what you need. We were with 8 people in the house. A little more cutlery, glasses and plates would be good, then you do not have to rinse after every meal, as well as another couch on the terrace or the like would be great, especially with 8 people. We spent ages on the terrace, just because of this fantastic view. The pool is also a dream and is cleaned twice a week. The communication with the administrator is very uncomplicated and always immediately available via mobile phone. The location is also great, Olbia 20 minutes by car, the nearest beaches max. 10 minutes and Golfo Aranci also in 10 minutes. There are many good restaurants in the area. Overall a great holiday with 3 generations and we would definitely book this house again.

  Great view and very quiet location. Unfortunately, the condition of the house and the furnishings in many things (air conditioning, furniture, outdoor furniture, seat cushions, access gate, etc.) poor and poorly maintained. The facilities are altogether old or very modest in relation to the price.
