    We spent one week in this beautiful holiday house and really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — there was genuinely nothing we missed. Everything we needed was there. The road leading to the house is a little challenging in places. With a normal car, it is perfectly manageable, but you definitely need to drive carefully and take your time, as there are some uneven and bumpy sections. Towards the end of our stay, parts of the road were improved, which made access considerably easier. We had heard about the possibility of seeing scorpions and spiders, but despite paying close attention, we didn’t see any at all, so this was absolutely not an issue for us. Communication with the host was excellent. She always responded very quickly to our questions and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by trees and nature. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some real tranquility. If we return to Gubbio, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

    Cozy house with beautifully fenced garden. Great for a big dog. Our Malinois was able to run nicely here in complete safety. Good base for visits to Orvieto, Narni, Orte, Amelia, Spoleto ... and many other beautiful cities. Those who love beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, walks and cultural visits will certainly like it here. Friendly owners who communicated correctly.

    Lovingly furnished apartment (semi-detached house). From the newly landscaped pool beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno. Ideal starting point to discover Umbria. In the same building is also the restaurant of the landlord with operation in the evening. To understand Italian language skills are beneficial.

    the property is perfect for family trips: each room has an independant bath room ther is a lot of equipments (pool, play area, etc...) and enough space for big group ( we were 18 people). the area is not most know of italy but offer a lot of activity ( sight seing (perugia, montepulciano), lake activities, etc..) the play area is old and might require the renewal of some equipment in future, but they are still goods and kids have loved it.

    The idea for those seeking tranquility. The house is impeccably maintained, has many comforts (air conditioning, a large barbecue, a small but comfortable pool) and is finished with great care. The house was delivered to us clean and tidy. The olive grove and the green space are well looked after thanks to the work of XXX (a very nice person!) Who is also responsible for maintenance.
