A wonderful Septembre 2018 in this little paradise on the Sorrento coast, 50 minutes from Napoli Intl Airport. The pictures are perfectly representing the house, the surroundings, the pool area and the wonderful views. Great for two couples the villa is well equiped (just need a microvawe oven) and comfortable. The pool is big enough for swimming and the outside dining room so pleasant to enjoy the sunset... The small town Vico Equense is 10 minutes drive (you need a car) and offers all the usual shops you need. We recommend Villa Bikini: the owner answered promptly to all our requests and helped us to make our stay a success. We'll certainly come again :-) LaurentRead more
This is a nice location for exploring the area around Naples, although probably better in summer than winter because if the weather is bad there is not much to do nearby. The local contact person was very nice and helpful so we had no problems checking in or out. The house has beautiful views from both the front and back patio areas which are really enjoyable in nice weather. We had two problems - one was the broken lock on the sliding front door - the only way to secure the house was by shutting the exterior shutter, which of course obscured the lovely view and did not make us feel very safe. Secondly, there was an outbreak of tiny ants in the house which covered the entire living room floor and the top of the dining table and we were unable to get rid of them. These issues really need to be addressed before anyone else rents the house. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend the place to others.Read more
It was a very nice house with a beutifull view. Everything was fine. But we had no car and the train station 500 M away is closed, so it was quite a long walk to the nearest train station and about 3 km to supermarket. We were 6 people and a couple slept in the Living room. The sofa bed was not good for adults. But total a very good stay We Can recommendRead more
Excellent location to explore Sorrento, Pompeii, Naples and Positano-Amalfi. The owner is super responsive and very helpful. He can also help with organizing transfers, tours, boats, etc. Great place for a family to stay. We plan to return!Read more

Stunning location, amazing views, friendly owners. A fabulous little walk through the hills to Vico Equense and a lovely local shop for any breakfast items. Having the actual address to put in the SAT nav would be useful also early in the season, we visited end March/beg of April, the beach at Bikini is closed. There is a lovely bay on the outskirts of Sorrento, Marina do Puolo, which is clean, restaurants are fabulous and the children can swim. Pompeii was amazing but Herculaneum was just as impressive, go early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the first Sunday of the month, entrance if free to all museums and archaeological sites. All the Italians were very kind and friendly and didn't laugh (well not openly) when I attempted the language.Read more
Villas in Sorrento
Sorrento is a beautiful and sophisticated Italian town on the southwest coast of Italy, perched on cliffs above the marinas. Cobblestone streets fringed with orange and lemon trees lead you around the historic centre, where you can take in ancient churches, Renaissance palazzi, a cathedral and bell tower. Stop at a café in the picturesque Piazza Tasso, or take in views of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Take a dip in the sea from a stone bathing platform beneath the cliffs, and afterwards enjoy fresh seafood at a coastal restaurant.
A villa in Sorrento provides the perfect base to explore the Campania region. A forty minute train journey will get you to Pompeii, with casts of its ancient inhabitants frozen in time, and the opportunity to hike up the rugged slopes of Vesuvius. Stroll along the narrow and winding roads that cling to the cliff edges to discover the beauty of the nearby Amalfi Coast, or take a boat trip to the fabled island of Capri.
