3 bedroom villa in Mijas, Costa del Sol
February 2020

My very first impressions were not good the road leading to the villa left me extremely worried, it was a very narrow winding in the mountains and it got a lot worse the closer i got to the villa you had a shear drop at one side not a road you would want to travel in the dark, unfortunately i had no choice if i wanted to go out in the evening , there was no indication about this on the details. The agent that meet us was very pleasant and helpful. When I arrived at the villa itself and saw inside I could not fault it, it was as described in the details, i would go further it was better than i expected, the villa was very clean throughout, it is set on two floors with a lounge area on both levels with TVs the upper floor having the Kitchen, one twin bedroom and a double bedroom, large Family Bathroom, lounge and dinning room with access to the sun terrace, the gardener had just tided up by the gardens and cleaned the splash pool. The views from the Terrace were great especially in the evening watching the sun set. I did enjoy my time at the villa. I wish I could have said this without my other comments, that would be unfair on others , in my mind this property is not suitable for the disabled because of the steepness of the drive and the amount of steps or for family's with small children the ground to the right of the building has a extremely deep raven next to it and very little to stop someone falling down it, there is also a tree house which would entice a child to try to get to it with possible disastrous results

4 bedroom Benalmádena villa to rent
July 2019

Lovely villa! Great views fabulous pool, everything we needed, Tony was very accommodating and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this villa we were three couples and two children and was plenty of room for us all. The only thing that must be pointed out is even though the village of Benalmádena Pueblo is very close by there is a very steep hill to climb to get there, but a totally stunning village when you get there.

5 bedroom holiday villa in Vélez-Málaga, Costa del Sol, with private pool
July 2019

We had an excellent time in the Villa la Sirena, 12 family members of all ages celebrating a 50th Birthday. Facilities were excellent, slight problem with the electric tripping when catering for a large number but nothing we could not overcome. The pictures on the website do not do the property justice, we would thoroughly recommend.

3 bedroom villa rental in Arenas, Costa del Sol, with private pool
June 2019

This is a nice villa with all you need for a relaxing holiday away from tourist areas, but still within easy driving distance of all. Rental and communication was simple with good directions to villa from airport, but advise the access road is steep and rough so be prepared upon arrival with a decent rental car. The villa is comfortable and airy with aircon to all rooms, a great pool and patio area with excellent views down to the sea. Catering is made easy with a good selection of cooking facilities including a small but serviceable barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking in the cooler evenings. We went with a 6 month old baby and cot/high chair were supplied upon request. The pool was great with ample sun loungers and cushions to accommodate all and the property has several opening doors that provide a cooling breeze throughout the day. We enjoyed our 12 night stay at Casa Las Yucas and visited many of the sights of the coast and region, Torrox Costa is a particularly nice beach with a good promenade and plenty of restaurants to enjoy good food, it never appeared to be that busy. Well stocked supermarkets are within easy reach by car at Velez-Malaga and Arenas and the coastal resorts nearby. A good quality, private, quiet property, with excellent views that is situated away from busy tourist areas.

Villas for rent in the Costa del Sol

Spain's Costa del Sol, otherwise known as ‘The Sunshine Coast’, is without doubt one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Belonging to Malaga Province, in the southern part of the Iberian peninsula, it is famous for its subtropical climate and Mediterranean charm. Averaging at 320 days of annual sunshine, this coastal paradise boasts 160km of fine sand beaches, ranging from luxury lounging spots to quiet coves. Inland, discover a varied landscape dotted with whitewashed towns, cliffs, ravines and exotic flora and fauna. From the UNESCO World heritage Site and otherworldly caves of Nerja to the coastal glamour of Marbella, this colourful region of Spain’s south is one of the most popular tourist destinations - and for good reason!

Whether you stay in one of our luxury beachfront villas with a private pool or spacious, family-friendly villas in the heart of the Costa del Sol, you’ll get to experience the best that this slice of coastal heaven has to offer, with a Clickstay home from home. Discover why the Costa del Sol represents the true essence of Spanish culture and explore a world of colourful fiestas, world-class beaches, opera and tapas, where the Andalucian atmosphere can be felt in the winding, cobbled lanes and alfresco restaurants. The Costa del Sol is also an ideal location for families, with its water worlds, theme parks and beaches with plenty of facilities.

The Costa del Sol offers plenty for families, with theme and water parks galore. Make a splash at Mijas Water Park and Aqualand Torremolinos, the most famous in Spain, boasting amazing slides and water shutes, wave pools and plenty of play islands. Tivoli World in Benalmádena is the largest theme park in the Costa del Sol and Bioparc Fuengirola is home to over 200 species of wildlife, with a recreated jungle zone and modern facilities. Fly over the beaches of Marbella with a flyboard at Funny Beach, or for a day of peace and tranquility head to Benalmádena Butterfly Park built in the style of a Thai temple, with its waterfalls and over 1,500 exotic species of butterfly.

Holiday alongside the rich and famous in glamorous Marbella, with its luxury yachts, exclusive nightclubs and stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains, or get your cultural hit in vibrant Malaga, with its art museums and festivals. Or perhaps you’ll be lured by pretty, hilltop Mijas, with its views of North Africa in the distance. Maybe the Andalucian appeal and ritzy marina of family-friendly Benalmádena appeals to you. Don’t overlook Torremolinos, now a thriving Mediterranean resort town at the foot of the Mijas mountains, a world away from its tacky '70s reputation. But if you’re looking for the perfect mix of city and seaside charm, then Estepona and Nerja are for you.

Boasting over 120 beaches, the Costa del Sol stretches all the way from the Strait of Gibraltar to Granada Province, where it borders the Costa Tropical. Its 161 kilometres of sand is just as famous for its nightlife as it is for its beaches and golf courses. If the charming live music, bars and pubs of Nerja and Mijas aren’t enough, follow the party crowd at Marbella’s world-famous Puerto Banús. Popular with the young free and single are Malaga and Torremolinos, with their lively cosmopolitan atmosphere. Families will appreciate the quieter resorts of Fuengirola and Mijas, with plenty of authentic restaurants, flamenco shows and of course, their charming old towns.

The beaches of the Costa del Sol offer something for everybody, whether you want a lively urban beach to people watch, secluded swimming bay, water sports hub or pristine, family-friendly Blue Flag spot to relax on. With long hot summers blending into the mildest of winters, they are there to enjoy year-round. Our holiday rentals in the Costa del Sol put you at the heart of it all. Malaga Airport is the main transit hub but there are three other airports within driving distance of the Costa del Sol; Gibraltar (70km south), Granada (191km north) and Jerez (177km east), which all offer direct flights from the UK, with taxi, bus and car hire services available.
