Our names are Robert and Ellen and we have been hosting on various platforms since June 2008. We came to the area on holiday, fell in love with it and bought an apartment 😂 Our guests will receive lots of information about the area before their holiday and although we won`t personally be on site during their stay in our apartment we will always be available to contact if they need any advice or help during their trip. We know the area very well and are happy to advise on attractions, activities, places to visit, bars and restaurants etc.

The apartment was bought off plan in 2004 and is one of the largest penthouses - no regrets. The gardens are always kept immaculately and the views are wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and the large terraces get the sun all day. It is peaceful up In the hills yet only a 10 minute drive to the coast. We love the golf, tennis, gym and clubhouse.

The villa is our family holiday home since buying the property in 2001. We then spent 10 years improving it to the standard we would expect, having the pool built etc. but it is not run as a business, just to help us defray some of our costs. The basic rule is there are no rules, just chill out and relax. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. We live near Ipswich in the UK, so you will have total access to the entire property. Our nearest neighbours are local Spanish farmers. Lara our local manager, who is fluent in Spanish and English having moved to Iznate aged 11 is always available should you have any issues.

We moved to Spain in 2002, and with a career in hotels and hospitality, managing rental properties was a natural progression. Our small business, Pueblo Holidays, was formed and we deal exclusively in Benalmádena Pueblo with a few hand picked villas. Benalmádena Pueblo has a wonderful mix of traditional Spain and cosmopolitan Mediterranean living. After discovering the village for the first time many guests return year after year.

We are a married couple living in Andalusia, between the sea and the mountains. I am an architect, born in London, and my wife, from Cadiz, is an artist. We love to travel and greatly appreciate simple spaces, good conversation and good wine. For years, we have designed and built our homes as life projects into which we put all our experience and love so that those who come to stay enjoy their time here and feel welcome.

The apartment belongs to Gary and Melanie from Manchester England who bought in April 2018. We have 2 young children so understand perfectly the need for comfort and convenience! We have a local support team on hand to support you during your stay, details will be provided after booking.

We are Sonia and Geert, a Belgian couple and proud owners of Casa Mendoza since September 2020. We fell for the beauty of Andalusia, its beautiful landscapes and nature.

When I came to Andalusia for the first time, I immediately fell in love. That infatuation became an engagement and an emigration. (Henk and Jannie) got married in Andalusia. We hope that our guests will also get to know the beautiful surroundings around Casa Hollandia. The mountains, the sea, and the beautiful nature are really worth a visit. A challenge that is difficult to explore in a few weeks. The seaside resort of Torre de Mar is 20 minutes by car.
