Rent from owners direct in Marbella

Geoffrey has 2 properties including a 2 bedroom apartment with shared pool in Marbella, Spain and a 2 bedroom apartment with shared pool in Marbella, Spain.

My husband and I are Irish Nationals and have been living in Puerto Banus, Marbella since 1984. We own 2 fabulous apartments in Puerto Banus Club Playas del Duque, for holiday rentals. We manage our own properties to the best possible standards. We do not deal with agents. Our communication is best for immediate attention is by email directly between us and the guest 24/7. We wish you wonderful holidays. Angela and Niall.

I have lived in Spain for over 20 years and enjoy many facets of Spanish life, not least the weather - especially in winter. I have been actively involved in renting apartments in Spain since I moved here, but since retiring, I only rent out this apartment (which is where I live) when I go in search of cooler and less busy places in the summer months. My colleague handles all physical aspects of your rental, from gathering passport details, checking them when you arrive and registering them with the National Police (law). He also checks you out of the apartment and organises the cleaning of it, whilst also checking for damages or other things necessary during and between lettings. He is British, but is a fluent Spanish speaker and he is there for you 24/7 should you need his help in any way. The apartment, as I mentioned in my opening description is in a family neighbourhood, with most adults having permanent jobs, so quietness between the hours of midnight and 8am is appreciated or even imperative, as they have to sleep before going to work! Please ensure there is no smoking anywhere in the apartment and leave it as best you can in the condition that you found it (forgiving some dirt and dust etc!).

We are Sue and Balu Dorani, the owners. We are both employed full time as National Health Service (NHS) professionals in the United Kingdom. Balu is a consultant surgeon, Susan is a senior critical care nurse. We live in Newcastle upon Tyne. We have been regular visitors to Spain for nearly 3 decades. We love Spain and particularly the Marbella area which is genuinely a home away from home with so many ex-pats and familiar shops like Marks and Spenser, and Iceland among others. We have owned Villa Los Pulus for over 16 years. This is a traditional charming property in a safe gated community. We hope to live here sometime in the future. We manage to use the villa for a few weeks a year. Renting this large villa to others helps us to keep the villa in top condition and also to allow others to enjoy this beautiful property in a stunning location. Villa Los Pulus has been renovated in 2022 and is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

My name is Chris. We have had the house for a number of years and try to make improvements to it most years….I think we now have a lovely house with many guests returning. I live in England , but have a brother living round the corner, so nothing is too much trouble!

Hi, My name is Chris Hutchinson, and together with our dedicated team we have been running and managing holiday properties here on the Costa Del Sol since 2012. We are very privileged to live in this wonderful part of the world with its many kilometres of sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine each year and it gives us a great sense of enjoyment to be able to extend this experience to the many guests staying in our numerous properties here along the coast. Whether our clients are looking for a beach front apt., or a slightly quieter experience a little further in land in the picturesque hillsides on the Costa del Sol we can offer it all. We can provide one and two bed apts. Or for large groups we are also able to offer our villas. All of the properties we manage are operated exclusively by us and we take great pride in trying to offer all our guests the best holiday experience we can. Why not come and try for yourself and put our team to the test. We look forward to welcoming you. 😊

I have had the apartment in Elviria for the last 8 years. I am a PGA Golf Professional and the Director of Golf of Oakmere Park Golf Club in Nottingham.

I have had my house for 16 years. The exposure in the sun in my house is the most important thing for me. I love the location which allows me to be close to the centre of Marbella but in a quiet and secure residence.
