The apartment was bought off plan in 2004 and is one of the largest penthouses - no regrets. The gardens are always kept immaculately and the views are wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and the large terraces get the sun all day. It is peaceful up In the hills yet only a 10 minute drive to the coast. We love the golf, tennis, gym and clubhouse.

My husband and I are Irish Nationals and have been living in Puerto Banus, Marbella since 1984. We own 2 fabulous apartments in Puerto Banus Club Playas del Duque, for holiday rentals. Balu is a consultant surgeon, Susan is a senior critical care nurse. We live in Newcastle upon Tyne. We have been regular visitors to Spain for nearly 3 decades. We love Spain and particularly the Marbella area which is genuinely a home away from home with so many ex-pats and familiar shops like Marks and Spenser, and Iceland among others. We have owned Villa Los Pulus for over 16 years. This is a traditional charming property in a safe gated community. We hope to live here sometime in the future. We manage to use the villa for a few weeks a year. Renting this large villa to others helps us to keep the villa in top condition and also to allow others to enjoy this beautiful property in a stunning location. Villa Los Pulus has been renovated in 2022 and is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

I have lived in Spain for over 20 years and enjoy many facets of Spanish life, not least the weather - especially in winter. I have been actively involved in renting apartments in Spain since I moved here, but since retiring, I only rent out this apartment (which is where I live) when I go in search of cooler and less busy places in the summer months. My colleage Julian Argent handles all physical aspects of your rental, from gathering passport details, checking them when you arrive and registering them with the National Police (law). He also checks you out of the apartment and organises the cleaning of it, whilst also checking for damages or other things necessary during and between lettings. He is British, but is a fluent Spanish speaker and he is there for you 24/7 should you need his help in any way. The apartment, as I mentioned in my opening description is in a family neighbourhood, with most adults having permanent jobs, so quietness between the hours of midnight and 8am is appreciated or even imperative, as they have to sleep before going to work! Please ensure there is no smoking anywhere in the apartment and leave it as best you can in the condition that you found it (forgiving some dirt and dust etc!).
