Steve and Dana have owned Casa Eucalyptus since 2003 and continue to live in the neighbourhood just a couple of houses down the road. They love the area (as they have two kids as well) so decided to stay locally whilst renting out their lovely property. Their close proximity to Casa Diana enables them to offer their guests the best and fastest service possible for anything they may require. Having lived on the coast for over 25 years, they possess extensive knowledge of Spanish culture, cuisine, as well as local family-friendly amenities, which they are only too happy to share!

I purchased the house in 1988 as a home because I was living and working in the area. I had to return to England in the recession of 1993 as no work was available in Spain. I kept the house as a holiday home and have undertaken several refurbishments all through the years to keep the property in a very modern state. I have completed the refurbishment of the en-suite bathroom and downstairs toilet. I also installed air conditioning in all the rooms. I grew up, and still live, in London and I am an accountant. After searching the whole area, I found this house was set in the most beautifully designed gardens and kept returning to view again, until I finally bought it. The house was purchased as a home and not just a property to let out. I like to keep the house well maintained and furnished for myself as well as for my guests. The new king-size, memory foam/pocket sprung bed is extremely comfortable. Friends have now purchased another property nearby as they also fell in love with the area.

I renovated the property, only last year, I love it but had to go back to studying. I have made sure the apartment has everything I would want in a short stay studio. We love having happy guests and enjoy sharing this amazing space, One thing that makes us smile is when i recieve the great reviews showing our efforts are appreciated. Hi Potential Renters, We are Lisa and Steve and have owned our gorgeous holiday home for 12 years. We have enjoyed many years of holidaying on the Costa del Sol with family and friends. El Presidente development has so much to offer especially the stunning grounds as you will see from our photos. The development offers 5 pools and is walking distance to the beach. Spain has so much to offer with great tapas and sangria.....We have now decided the time is right to rent out our second home so we can start travelling to different places, now our family has grown up.
