Your arrival details

You’ll get an email before your booking starts, asking for your arrival details. Don’t reply to this email, as it won’t go to the owner. Instead follow the link in the email, or log into your account, find the booking and add your arrival details there.

It’s really helpful for the owner that you’ve booked with to do this; you can let them know what flight you are on (if relevant) and anything else specific to your arrival. They’ll be notified by email when you’ve done this.
