Contacting the owner

Once you’ve made a booking, you can contact the owner directly through your account. Just log in to Clickstay and select “view” under the relevant booking. Within the booking, in the menu you’ll see an option to “Message the owner”. All the messages between you will be visible here.

You can also choose “Owner contact details” in the booking menu to see their email address and phone number.

If you haven’t yet made a booking, it’s easy to contact an owner through their property page. Underneath the lead photo and property name you’ll see the name of the owner and a link, “contact owner”. Sometimes the property’s bookings are managed by an agent, in which case the link will read “contact agent”. They’ll still be able to answer any questions you have.
