Getting in touch with the owner
Once you’ve made a booking, you can contact the owner directly through your account. Just log in to Clickstay and view the relevant booking. You’ll see an option to “Message Owner”. All the messages between you will be visible here.
If you haven’t yet made a booking, it’s easy to contact an owner through their property page. Underneath the lead photo and property name you’ll see the name of the owner and a link, “contact owner”. Sometimes the property’s bookings are managed by an agent, in which case the link will read “contact agent”. They’ll still be able to answer any questions you have.
