  We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at this Villa with my 3 young kids, partner, mum and gran. On arrival our key was available in a lock box and on entering the place was very clean and tidy. All bedding and towels were provided and some cleaning bits and bobs to help keep the place clean. Pool area was also very clean and sun loungers were in good condition. Villa is situated in pernera and is very close to amenities. There is 2 supermarkets literally at the entrance to the complex and have pubs and restaurants literally a 5 minute walk away. Communication from Becky the owner was 10/10 always got a prompt reply with any questions couldn’t fault anything at all. Definitely will Be returning as we all had a fantastic time And didn’t want to come home. Thanks for a great stay xx

  We have returned to this property following being here in 2024 and it was as good as I remeber if not better with some upgrades that the host has carried out! Honestly a great villa and location, takes about 30/40mins to get to disney but it has alot around the villa for food and walmart is only 13mins away up the 27. The hosts Yvonne and Martin are also great and very helpful! Kevin is also helpful who is the helper in the states and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. Would recommend this villa to anyone, i have such bad holiday blues coming back from here!

  Villa Luzia exceeded all our expectations. The villa is amazing - very spacious with 3 en-suite bedrooms, two further bedrooms and bathrooms; plus a vast games room with a bar. The swimming pool is fabulous too - we went for swims every day. So close to the centre of Funchal, although we did get a few ‘Bolts’ back up the steep hill! We enjoyed a fantastic and wonderfully memorable family holiday together. Thank you.

  We had a wonderful time at Athena Villa. The contact with the hosts of the Villa were fantastic; available to answer questions swiftly with both professionalism and care. The villa was beautiful, clean and with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Incredible hospitality when allowing us to stay longer due to our late flight departure. We had previously booked a villa with another company who had let us down terribly just a day before our original flight, but any concerns we had booking with Rhodes Holidays Property Management were soon put to rest thanks to Stefanos and his team. My son has already started to talk about booking it again next year! Thank you; we loved it!

  4 bedroom Stylish Frontline-golf Villa With Private Pool @ El Valle Golf
  We were checked in by the owners who were very friendly and spoke good English. They explained a few things about the villa before they left. There was an information book about the house and things to do in the surrounding areas. It is a very large, spacious villa which isn't obvious from the front. Glass folding/sliding doors inside that open up to the lovely pool area. Various areas to sit outside to give you sunshine or shade. BBQ, which we used often. Inside also has various seating areas depending on the mood. Large kitchen, fully equipped for all your needs. Hob is on an island, again another seating area around it. Large fridge and separate large freezer. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. 1 double and 2 twin bedded. 1 bedroom/office with a fold out bed. Large laundry room and outside hanging space. 1 bathroom with shower over bath, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and a separate toilet. 3 toilets in all. The villa is housed on a very large estate. A car is definitely needed to get around. The pool area overlooked the golf course which we found very relaxing and quiet. The golf club, which was a couple of minutes walk from the back of the villa, had nightly entertainment. The food was great every time we ate there. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. A SPAR shop round the back of the club for your everyday needs. I would definitely recommend and would love to return when we are next in the area.
