We had an eight-day break here in Priseltsi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is on the edge of the village looking over farmland so is very peaceful. The village itself is very pleasant, although speaking Bulgarian would be an advantage there, but in the beach resorts a short drive away a lot of people do speak English. Varna, just up the road, is a medium size city and has plenty of shopping opportunities, as well as its own large beach and a very lovely stretch of gardens just inland from the beach. The directions could do with being updated though. The garage where the man with the keys waits is no longer a Shell station but Gazprom, and it is on the right just before the end of the village, if you drive from Varna. He also appreciates a call from the airport , on the number given as an emergency number on the directions. Also, bring teabags. The local shops don't sell them! A very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it.Read more
This Villa is just what the doctor ordered. We went here for 2 weeks as a party of 5 and had a great time. the Villa is Modern and has everything you need. The only thing it was with out was WiFi but that did not become an issue for us. We where met at the Airport By Biseeka who we then followed after collecting our car hire the the villa. She took me through what I needed to know and left us to enjoy our holiday. We had a couple of issues but we got in touch with Biseeka and the issues where dealt with very fast. The pool is great with a deep end of about 5 foot 6 inch and a separate shallow end for the little ones which we did not need but nice to chill out in. The Villa is in the country so you will get the normal insects around related to that. Points to note is that the Villa is in a small local villa of Kitka which does not have much there the local shop is very basic. If you are after nightlife and parties this is not for you. Unless you intend to do nothing but sit by the pool I would recommend car hire. There is a big american fridge freeze so stocking up with food from a supermarket in Varna was not an issue. There is lots to do around Varna because I was new to Bulgaria I uses google maps to point out places to see. The coast is only 20 minutes drive a way and the cost of you holiday once there is low. when we eat out the price ranged from £15 per person for 3 courses and a drink to £3 for a main course and a drink. All in all we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend this villa to anyone who would not be bothered about being in the sticks. We will be considering it again in the future.Read more
Had an amazing stay in this here. Villa is lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and the top two have balconies looking out onto amazing views. It is very quiet, so is great to sit by the pool and unwind with a much needed breeze. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk away and has a restaurant which offers good food at a reasonable price and a nice bar. We hired a car which would definitely recomend as there are so many lovely places to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.Read more

There where 6 of that stayed in the villa 4 adults and 2children. It is gorgeous place to stay so peaceful with great views of the mountains. We all had great fun in the pool everyday and it contained everything you needed. Met some great expats that live in the village when visiting the local bar where Paul the owner also came and met us who was very helpful and a joy to meet. It is situated in a great location I would recommend staying here for all ages.Read more
