I've owned this villa since I purchased it off plan in 2007. I've watched the whole area develop over the years and have fallen in love with the place. I enjoy relaxing at the villa and it feels like home from home but there are some lovely areas in the region to visit. Compared to the rest of the usual holiday destinations, it's still fantastic value, particularly if you go off the beaten track. You can enjoy the sophisticated Dinevi Marina in St Vlas or go to the charming cobbled streets of Nessebar or Sozopol or have a mad night in Sunny Beach with all the bars, restaurants and lively nightlife and it's all within an easy drive or taxi ride.

This house was bought with the idea to take our holidays ourselves there, and later to retire there. But we only have few weeks of holidays... it's sad to leave the house empty the remaining time (and I can use the money).... so please rent it!

I live in Bratislava, and in addition to working in a hospital in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department for children with heart diseases, which fulfills me, I run a business in the field of providing tourist accommodation. I am also the manager of the trading company William's Apartments s.r.o. As an avid traveler throughout Europe, I fell in love with the beautiful coast of Bulgaria. Bulgaria eventually became my second home, and I plan to spend a significant part of my life there. The apartments include everything that our guests, who prefer private accommodation to hotels, need. The apartments are registered in the state tourism system ESTI in the Republic of Bulgaria. I am obliged to ask every arriving guest to send an identification card of any type. I have to enter your personal data into the ESTI system and then pay the local tourist tax for each guest. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose. I strictly comply with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding. I hope this will not be a problem for future bookings of my apartments.

I bought the condo in Kissimmee because it is much nicer to stay in a condo than a room in a hotel. The facilities at Legacy Dunes are so good that it is rated number one Specialty Lodging in Kissimmee. It is convenient for everything. I am also planning to spend long periods here during my retirement and with grandchildren when they arrive! I like to get my winter sun!
