Just had a fantastic stay here. Very family friendly and had everything we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable.. the pool was brilliant, having previously rented many villas in Florida, this was by far the warmest pool. My two little boys loved it! We’ll be back ...Read more
Our 2nd time renting this villa and it still remains a fantastic option for anyone looking to stay in a villa whilst in Florida. The only thing that seems to be damaged badly is the blinds at the back door of the property, these are delicate and i don't know how people are managing to cause this damage as you don't really need to touch them. It was a bit different this year when renting due to the Coronavirus outbreak, this ment we had to rush the themeparks in the first four days of our holiday but it was relaxing to know we were coming home to a heated pool. Also due to the virus, all resturants had closed and were only offering takeaway or delivery as options. Although this wasn't ideal what was is the location of the villa as there are so many resturants close by meaning by the time you took your oder home it was still warm. Like i said in a previous review we will probably be back again, although at the present moment who knows when.Read more
My Husband and I stayed with our 2 children, as well 2 adult family members. (4 adults, 2 kids). It was perfect for our family, - everyone had their own privacy (bedroom, and bathroom). It wasn’t tight by any means with this many people. The Xbox and Wii in each of the children’s bedrooms were a bonus. The games room was excellent to have on our days that we didn’t have any parks to visit. After visiting the parks, the spa was a nice treat to relax in. We highly recommend this place to anyone with children. The gated entry made everyone feel safe, and the location is quiet and yet relatively close to many attractions. The owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with.Read more
This was our first time in Florida as a family and we were delighted with the villa. It is a lovely size, pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, the children were in there every day! The games room was a lovely added bonus and again the children loved it. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the pool and the information folder was very helpful also. Location wise it is great, literally a 5 minute drive from shops and 12-15 mins from Disney. Just....Perfect. We had the most amazing time, in fact next time we come we are not planning on doing as much so we can spend more time relaxing at and enjoying the villa!! We would love to return next year please! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and for letting us stay.Read more

We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners when we checked in. Great stay thank you Viv & Andy, already looking to book for next year.Read more
Excellent clean accomodation. Games room great for children. Secure gated place. Only issue we had was that we had trouble contacting maintenance / owner when our heated pool was not switched on for 3 days. We were not offered any refund or any apology.Read more
