Honestly a great villa and location, takes about 30/40mins to get to disney but it has alot around the villa for food and walmart is only 13mins away up the 27. The hosts Yvonne and Martin are also great and very helpful! Kevin is also helpful who is the helper in the states and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. Would recommend this villa to anyone, i have such bad holiday blues coming back from here!

The owners are fantastic. Our flight was cancelled the day before our arrival and we were able to change our dates last minute to move our holiday back a day. They very kindly did not charge us to make this change. Our return flight was then cancelled the day prior to departure and we needed to extend our holiday by another day. Fortunately the villa was available and we were very kindly allowed to stay for no extra charge. Lesley was very quick to respond and very helpful. We had one minor issue with the washing machine and Lesley replied immediately and help was sent that same day. Elliott, our contact whilst out there, was very helpful and sorted it quickly. We have stayed in Florida villas on eight other occasions and this is one of the best. It was spotlessly clean and had a lovely homely feel. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The kitchen was well equipped and well maintained. The pool was a good size for a family if 6, and it was very useful having the outdoor seating area. The sun loungers were high quality, and there was plenty of space around the perimeter of the pool. The WiFi quality was good. The villa is in a quiet residential area within easy access of all major attractions. Disneyworld was between 15-25 minutes away by car, depending upon traffic. There is an Aldi, Publix and Walmart all within about 5 minutes drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity also. The alarms on the doors to the pool were a good addition considering we have a young family. We really had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa.

The bedrooms are also first class with comfortable beds and great storage space. Was great to have the use of the big washing machine and tumble dryer. Couldn’t fault this villa and would certainly recommend for both families and couples. Would definitely stay again if in Orlando, thank you.

Orlando is an hour's drive from the coast and Daytona beach with a modern boardwalk and plenty of rides and arcades to keep the kids entertained for hours. Wander around the farmer's market and arts and culture centre, or go kayaking in the Intracoastal Waterway.
