  3 bedroom Florida Villa In Popular “ 4 Corners” Area Of Davenport
  We stayed for 27 nights and the villa was great! The owners are fantastic. Our flight was cancelled the day before our arrival and we were able to change our dates last minute to move our holiday back a day. They very kindly did not charge us to make this change. Our return flight was then cancelled the day prior to departure and we needed to extend our holiday by another day. Fortunately the villa was available and we were very kindly allowed to stay for no extra charge. Lesley was very quick to respond and very helpful. We had one minor issue with the washing machine and Lesley replied immediately and help was sent that same day. Elliott, our contact whilst out there, was very helpful and sorted it quickly. We have stayed in Florida villas on eight other occasions and this is one of the best. It was spotlessly clean and had a lovely homely feel. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The kitchen was well equipped and well maintained. The pool was a good size for a family if 6, and it was very useful having the outdoor seating area. The sun loungers were high quality, and there was plenty of space around the perimeter of the pool. The WiFi quality was good. The villa is in a quiet residential area within easy access of all major attractions. Disneyworld was between 15-25 minutes away by car, depending upon traffic. There is an Aldi, Publix and Walmart all within about 5 minutes drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity also. The alarms on the doors to the pool were a good addition considering we have a young family. We really had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa.

  4 bedroom Private Pool Villa Near Disney - Wheelchair Accessible
  Villa was very well prepared for our arrival from the sanitized bathrooms to the sparkling outdoor pool. While we didn't use the twin beds the remaining beds were used by our party and all were found to be comfortable. The sofa's at the front of the villa appeared to be new and those at rear were in very good condition and all very comfortable. The owner of Private Disney Pool Villa, Paul is extremely helpful and answered any queries very quickly via VRBO. Two items broke down during our stay 1st was the toaster, contacted Paul and a new one arrived via Amazon two mornings later. The 2nd turned out to be the "waste disposal" and not the dishwasher leaking as we thought, Paul had it replaced by a technician a couple of days after the report on a Sunday. Paul's customer care is faultless and he rightly takes great pride in his property. For those interested in food a Publix (grocery store) is a 5min drive away. The Osceola Polk Line Road is approximately a 10min drive away bounded on both sides by restaurants which include McDonald's, Ford's Garage and Texas Road house to name a few , and leads to Champions Gate and the I4 (interstate carriageway) for access to all the theme parks. All in all an excellent Villa in a very quiet gated community with a fishing lake with it's own 3-4 foot long Alligator at rear of clubhouse.

  We have returned to this property following being here in 2024 and it was as good as I remeber if not better with some upgrades that the host has carried out! Honestly a great villa and location, takes about 30/40mins to get to disney but it has alot around the villa for food and walmart is only 13mins away up the 27. The hosts Yvonne and Martin are also great and very helpful! Kevin is also helpful who is the helper in the states and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. Would recommend this villa to anyone, i have such bad holiday blues coming back from here!

  5 bedroom Stunning And Spacious 5 Bedroom Home With Designer Pool Area
  Absolutely amazing villa in a great location close to Champions Gate and the i4. Great living room area with open plan kitchen and dinning room. Really great space with everything you need, open the patio doors are out to the fantastic pool area with plenty of out door seating and table. The bedrooms are also first class with comfortable beds and great storage space. Was great to have the use of the big washing machine and tumble dryer. Couldn’t fault this villa and would certainly recommend for both families and couples. Would definitely stay again if in Orlando, thank you.

  This was our 2nd stay at this villa in the last two years, both for three weeks and we had a fantastic time on both occasions. The villa is lovely, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was peaceful yet convenient, with local attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. Communication and ease of booking with the owners was a breeze, they quickly answered any questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are taking a break from Florida for the moment, but we would be looking to return (hopefully) to this villa in the not too distant future. Yvonne and Martin thanks for two great holidays
