  4 bedroom Private Pool Villa Near Disney - Wheelchair Accessible
  Villa was very well prepared for our arrival from the sanitized bathrooms to the sparkling outdoor pool. While we didn't use the twin beds the remaining beds were used by our party and all were found to be comfortable. The sofa's at the front of the villa appeared to be new and those at rear were in very good condition and all very comfortable. The owner of Private Disney Pool Villa, Paul is extremely helpful and answered any queries very quickly via VRBO. Two items broke down during our stay 1st was the toaster, contacted Paul and a new one arrived via Amazon two mornings later. The 2nd turned out to be the "waste disposal" and not the dishwasher leaking as we thought, Paul had it replaced by a technician a couple of days after the report on a Sunday. Paul's customer care is faultless and he rightly takes great pride in his property. For those interested in food a Publix (grocery store) is a 5min drive away. The Osceola Polk Line Road is approximately a 10min drive away bounded on both sides by restaurants which include McDonald's, Ford's Garage and Texas Road house to name a few , and leads to Champions Gate and the I4 (interstate carriageway) for access to all the theme parks. All in all an excellent Villa in a very quiet gated community with a fishing lake with it's own 3-4 foot long Alligator at rear of clubhouse.

  What an amazing villa. A true home from home. Immaculately clean,very comfy beds, everything you could need for cooking your own meals etc, Kate was always just a quick message away with any query. Location was perfect for us, pool was fantastic and a 2 minute walk to the Oasis Club which was brilliant. Sheer perfection and would not hesitate to rebook when we return to Florida.

  This was our 2nd stay at this villa in the last two years, both for three weeks and we had a fantastic time on both occasions. The villa is lovely, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was peaceful yet convenient, with local attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. Communication and ease of booking with the owners was a breeze, they quickly answered any questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are taking a break from Florida for the moment, but we would be looking to return (hopefully) to this villa in the not too distant future. Yvonne and Martin thanks for two great holidays

  Our second stay at this villa and our first return to any villa we have stayed in this area. Once again everything was perfect for us. The facilities and location of this spacious villa are excellent for visiting the parks and outlets in Orlando.   Stunning villa extremely spacious in a fantastic gated community, the property quite comfortably accommodated our party of 8 the owner has thought of everything to insure the guest enjoy their stay, we had a couple of minor unforeseen issues which were dealt with and resolved immediately by the owner who was extremely helpful at every point, I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to be returning very soon !
