    It is a beautiful villa that is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect and quiet. It felt safe being a gated community It is a short drive to Disney and the shops and restaurants on the 192. The owner was always available to phone if needed. Would go again

    We had a wonderful stay over Easter in Felicity’s Villa. We were a family group of five adults and two children aged eight and six. The Villa is extremely spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool area is lovely and was a huge hit with the children who had hours of fun. Even the Barbies enjoyed it! It was also a great place for the adults to relax, as was the Villa itself. The games room was another hit with the children. The Villa is only a short distance from the Disney parks which was ideal for us. Thank you for a great stay!

    Nice villa in a great location with attractions, shops and restaurants only a short drive away. Emerald island resort is very well kept. The villa itself could do with a bit of a refresh soon, especially the games room, the pool table, air hockey and football table all are pretty tired. We did had a few issues with the hot tub, pool and alarm, which never got resolved! This did not affect our stay, but could not use the hot tub or pool. This is a management issue not an owner issue.

    What an amazing home to stay in, had everything and more that you need, contact with Kevin was great and very helpful, if ever we are a big party going again would definitely stay again. Loved Emerald Island felt very safe and secure.

    We had a lovely couple of weeks at Margaritavilla. The villa itself was equipped with everything we required and was clean, tidy and spacious providing more than enough room for our party. The resort itself is lovely and close to Disney, universal, Bronson highway and local amenities.

    What a fantastic villa! We'll kitted out and very clean. We always stay in Emerald Island Resort when we go to Florida but this is the best place we've stayed in. It felt like home from home and both Graham and Sue were brilliant with supporting us during Hurricane Idalia. We will definitely be back in the future.
