We booked this villa fairly late due to a previous double booking on the same development. Contact with Bob the owner was excellent while we were sorting out the confusion with the other villa. The villa was very clean and presentable and we were very happy with it. Most of the villas on Sunset Lakes back onto the lake with beautiful views and this one was no exception. We would have no problem recommending Bob's villa.

We visited with our daughter and husband and granddaughter aged 5. We chose the villa mainly because of the location as we know this area well and its close proximity to Disney and very close to Walmart and places to eat. The villa is clean and comfortable and with pool heating on the pool was a delight to use all day long. We don't tend to cook in the villa that much as we eat out mainly so what we do cook tends to be quick and easy. The kitchen included all what we needed with the exception of a pizza cutter (I was going to buy one and leave it) but if that's all I've got to moan about that tells you its a great base for your holiday. The only improvement that could be made is to utilise the dead space in the garage as this villa has no games room like many others. I personally wasn't bothered by that but the men would have enjoyed a game of pool or two with a beer. :) Susan was a pleasure to deal with and any issues were rectified. We would return.

The villa is perfectly positioned for those wanting to go with the popular theme parks as well as being close to major routes to other surrounding places of interest. It is pretty much as described on Clickstay. We first stayed on Wellington Loop, in another villa, some 20+years ago and this was like walking back in time to that visit. The layout was identical, as was some of the decor and fitments. The place was very clean and neat with the exception of the underside of the microwave (very greasy) and the furniture in the master bedroom which was very dusty along the drawer tops, some of which would only partly open. It looked like metal rods supporting the bottom had become detached. The property, although serviceable, would benefit from some upgrading in a number of areas: - Master bedroom. New furniture is needed and a new mattress would be an asset. Master bathroom. Shower doors do not close properly. When you close one end the other comes open. Second bedroom. New bed/mattress needed. Major issue with roll together according to my daughter. Kitchen. Interiors of cupboards need the peeling "sticky back plastic" replacing and the same for the rubber stopper that have become sticky with age. Formal dining area. It only has 5 chairs for 6 people. Breakfast dining area. Chair fabric is very stained and in need of replacement. Lounge area. Sofa cushions are very worn and need replacing or re-covering. I did notice there were 2 sofas in the garage which may be new replacements? I have a holiday rental in the UK and from feedback I get know what guests expect. It would also have been good to be able to use the garage for the car (not possible due in part to the aforementioned sofas, as well as some other furniture ). It is not ideal to be loading and unloading the car with 6 people, and luggage when departing, in a thunderstorm, or when arriving back after evenings out. As previously mention the properties location was ideal for our purposes. We could quickly get to the Disney parks, the road to the east coast and state parks north of Orlando and to the various attractions we like to visit along the 192 (Old Town, Celebration, Kissimmee and Shingle Creek to name a few). It was adequate for our needs and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool area - but would have preferred a fence to obstruct the view of next doors very vocal dog. My personal favourite was not being overlook at the far of the villa and being able to leave the curtains open and watch the sunrise over the trees and lake. I would definitely consider returning but would like to see some upgrading. I would recommend to friends but would have to make them fully aware of what to expect. Having looked at other reviews I feel it somewhat petty to have given the place 1 star purely on the size of the master bed and toilet!

Really appreciated the care package, great to arrive to some milk and cereal. Lovely touch. Clean, tidy, plenty of instructions for how to use items. My only niggles and they are small; you are asked to wash your own sheets on departure, and the thermostat can't go beneath 76F (25c) feels a little hot, government guidelines show 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit (or 18 to 22 degrees Celsius) should be used especially for children under 2. So our little one was a tad hot during our stay. The place was really close to Walmart and Disney, nice area, lovely little playpark for the kids. We didn't use the pool but it was clean. The lock and alarm were easy (read instructions first- before opening the door!). It also means you can leave the house confident all your belongings are safe. Would stay again and recommend.
