Great location and nice size property, check in was tricky as the security guard said the property did not exist and only looked into further it once we showed him it did via the Sat Nav, he was very nice and did not realise the road we were staying in was right behind his security hut. Property has all you need but flooded twice whilst we were there, the Air Con broke down a couple of times which was fixed by an engineer, unfortunately they had to cut hole in the wall and the wooden floor raised up due to the flooding. I've messaged the rental company to address in case the next renting family are not aware and had no reply. Everything you need is close by including all the attractions (20 minutes by car) as for food you can find all you need in a 5 miinute drive, this includes a wallmart just arround the corner, or you can cook at home as they provide all you need should you want a night in. Pool is cleaned regular and much needed as it's hot and humid at the best of times, you have a nature trail close by and includes vollyball court and a make shift sandy beach area should you want to spend time close by and outside, other areas of the complex house tennis, basketball courts and a gym. All in all a nice area and property minus the flooding and air-con issues (which I'm sure were a one off) and would consider booking again should we venture back at some point.
