We have owned Jasmine Villa since 2003.

Tony has 2 properties including a 3 bedroom house with private pool in Lakeside, USA and a 4 bedroom house in Jarvso, Sweden.

We looked at a lot of villas when we were buying both built and off plan, but when we saw the view at this villa we fell in love with it. Even 20 years on, it always feels like home when we arrive for a holiday and to sit outside looking across the lake is it's own magic. It doesn't matter what time of year you come the lake always seems to be teeming with life. We've seen snapping turtles, small alligators, wading birds and even a flock of Buzzards one year. You just never know what you'll see until you've sat on the deck for a while. My favourite time of day is first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee sitting on the deck watching the sun come up on the east side of the lake. If you are up early enough you can sometimes hear the freight train in the distance, other than that it's so peaceful. Having worked in the city and been around all that noise, to come away to the villa and enjoy the peace is such a joy. In saying all that, we still enjoy going to the parks and out in the evening, the villa being only a few minutes away from Restaurants, Bars and of course the parks themselves is another reason for choosing this location. I love Eagle Pointe, it's right on that sweet cusp of being close to everything but still far enough away to give you that peaceful balance. We love staying here and we hope you will too. We fell in love with Orlando, so we bought our beautiful villa in 2006. We try to visit at least once a year, and for the remainder of the year we rent it out to guests from around the world. We hope you like it as much as we do, in particular the relaxing sun-soaked pool and lanai.

My husband John and I fell in love with Leadville's unique mountain charm and rich history, and we knew we had to have a place here. Over two years, we built this home ourselves—spending every weekend working side by side with our two kids. It was truly a labor of love, and you can feel that care in every detail. For our day jobs, John builds houses for a living in Northern Colorado, and I work as a web product manager for a software company.

As a kid growing up in Michigan, I never thought I would ever get a chance to go to Florida, much less Disney World! That was for other kids - not me. It seemed like an unattainable dream. Then, in 1977, I saw Star Wars. My life was forever changed! We are proof positive that dreams do come true! We live in this amazing state of Endless Summer, and now we have the BEST condo, located just minutes from the gates of Disney World. We still pinch ourselves from time to time to make sure it's real! Since it's so special to us, we wanted to make it special for our guests. We live in Kent UK, We fell In love with Florida in 1998 when we had our first holiday here, after returning many times we decided to invest in our holiday home, a place we could make memories with our young twin daughters, over the years we’ve had many family holidays here making memories.
