Hello, my name is Mark Cummings. I have lived in New York City for over 20 years. And to be honest, I was tired of the winter months there. But the first time my wife and I visited Florida we fell in love with Orlando. (sunshine and great weather throughout the year) so we have chosen to make it our home. Now we have decided to rent out our property. Because we want our guest to have the same experience that we had when we first came to Orlando.

I'm Andrew and my wife's name is Beth. We love to travel! Over the years we have had our best experiences staying in villas and condos instead of hotels. We have found it is a more comfortable and private way to spend time with family and friends. We love our Florida vacation home and always look forward to hosting guests from around the world! My name is Carolyn and I live in Scotland with my wonderful husband and 3 kids. We bought our beautiful holiday home in Florida in 2008 when my children were young. They are now 23, 25 and 29. How time flies !! The lovely thing is they still come with us to Florida when we go on holiday. It’s just like our home from home. We set out to buy a holiday home in Southern Dunes as we had previously rented a villa there and fell in love with the area. Not to mention the fabulous golf course. When we saw our villa we just knew it was the one for us. We especially love our pool and the place is so bright and airy. We go over on holiday as often as we can and I just love shopping for new bits and pieces. It’s so important to me to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay and I am passionate about the villa being perfect. I have a fantastic management company over there owned by Sam & Bryn who run a tight ship. They are just amazing ! I can’t wait for my next trip over. I love it so much !! I’m sure you will too !

We looked at a lot of villas when we were buying both built and off plan, but when we saw the view at this villa we fell in love with it. Even 20 years on, it always feels like home when we arrive for a holiday and to sit outside looking across the lake is it's own magic. It doesn't matter what time of year you come the lake always seems to be teeming with life. We've seen snapping turtles, small alligators, wading birds and even a flock of Buzzards one year. You just never know what you'll see until you've sat on the deck for a while. My favourite time of day is first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee sitting on the deck watching the sun come up on the east side of the lake. If you are up early enough you can sometimes hear the freight train in the distance, other than that it's so peaceful. Having worked in the city and been around all that noise, to come away to the villa and enjoy the peace is such a joy. In saying all that, we still enjoy going to the parks and out in the evening, the villa being only a few minutes away from Restaurants, Bars and of course the parks themselves is another reason for choosing this location. I love Eagle Pointe, it's right on that sweet cusp of being close to everything but still far enough away to give you that peaceful balance. We love staying here and we hope you will too. As a kid growing up in Michigan, I never thought I would ever get a chance to go to Florida, much less Disney World! That was for other kids - not me. It seemed like an unattainable dream. Then, in 1977, I saw Star Wars. My life was forever changed! We are proof positive that dreams do come true! We live in this amazing state of Endless Summer, and now we have the BEST condo, located just minutes from the gates of Disney World. We still pinch ourselves from time to time to make sure it's real! Since it's so special to us, we wanted to make it special for our guests. We have completely renovated it, and tricked it all out in a Star Wars theme to create a one-of-a-kind Rebel Base 203! We hope you love it as much as we do! We live in Kent UK, We fell In love with Florida in 1998 when we had our first holiday here, after returning many times we decided to invest in our holiday home, a place we could make memories with our young twin daughters, over the years we’ve had many family holidays here making memories. We are a family of 5 from the UK, and we took the plunge in buying our dream vacation villa in Kissimmee, Florida in 2023. We are biased of course, but we don't think there's many better holiday destinations in the world. Sun, beaches, theme parks, rockets, and much more. We believe that Sunset Lakes really is one of the best resorts in Orlando. It is gated and quiet, with amazing views over the lake from the pool deck, but only 10 minutes drive from the magic of Disney. We couldn't ask for more.
