I am a retired nurse and Terry my husband is retired from the police. We have been visiting Florida for over 20 years and love to help potential guests plan their holidays. Our home is on a lovely site close to amenities but not too busy. We have improved it over the years we have owned it and it is very special to us. We love our pool and sitting under the shaded lanai to dine al fresco.

We have owned this delightful property since it was a plot of land. Our family and friends visit yearly as we rent out somewhat infrequently to help with expenses. Every year we renew anything required and treat the villa as our home from home, so there are plenty of additions over the year, from the shaved ice machine to Roku's in the Tvs. We chose the area as one of the best secluded and yet just 10 minutes from Disney locations, so easy access to plenty of local amenities from eateries through waterparks and cinemas all off the 192.
