  Thought the villa was excellent value for money in a quiet residential area , located for easy access to Paphos or coral bay , had never stayed in emba before and was surprised by the abundance of local facilities, been coming to Cyprus for 30 years and stayed in all sorts of properties but thought this villa was exceptionally well equipped and the decor was up to standard, ( barista style coffee machine was a big 10 out 10 , thought the offer by the owner to allow us to stay there all day f.o. c. on the day of departure due late flight shows that it not all about the money . Would have no hesitation staying there again or recommending it Regards F. Gooch

  This is our second time staying on this complex although first time in this property. The location is great and communication with the owner excellent. The property is clean and although the outside furniture is a little tired, it is functional. There is lots of outside space and shade from the sun and the pool is lovely. A/C is great and plenty hot water and decent water pressure. Lots of towels and bedding too. Could maybe use some drawers in the main bedroom to help with storage but there is plenty wardrobe space and hangers with the additional wardrobe at the top of the stairs. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this villa and would come back.

  3 bedroom 3br Villa With Pool & Slide - Paradise By Premier
  Fantastic stay at this villa!! I really struggled to find any fault with it! Very clean, perfect location for the strip. Far enough away from the late night noise so it doesn’t disturb you if you did want an early night but it really is within 5 minutes walk to the start of the strip. There’s some wasteland directly across from the villa that you cut through for a shorter route. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space for everyone. Huge pool! I thought surely on the pictures they’ve made it somehow look bigger than it is… no it really is that big. We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 elderly relatives and the slope & gradual steps rather than ladders into the pool was perfect for them for access. We had a tiny issue where the kettle kept shorting the electrics but a quick message to the rental owners and this was fixed with a brand new kettle the very next morning fixing the issue. My only negative I could find and it really is a small one is that the beds seemed quite hard. Again it’s just personal preference and it absolutely would not stop me booking this villa again. I’m gutted it doesn’t sleep more people as I would love to bring more of my family to enjoy it as much as we did. Will 100% be booking this villa again in the future.

  3 bedroom Villa Amia - Coral Bay Hill - Great Sea Views (000315)
  This is the fifth time we have stayed at Villa Amia and we absolutely love it here. The villa is located high up with an amazing sea view yet only a few minutes drive and you are in Coral Bay which has an amazing beach, a few shops with Phillipos which is great for shopping. Restaurants in and around Coral Bay are great with our favourite being Palm Grove which is on the corner half way down the Main Street. This restaurant is really clean, meals are wonderful with the staff being really helpful with nothing too much trouble. We are hoping to visit again next year and will stay at Villa Amia again as it is like home from home with everything you need here, where chilling doing nothing is absolutely great.   2 bedroom Villa Sirena
  Villa Sirena is in a fabulous location, convenient for bars, restaurants and Lighthouse Beach. A car isn't necessary as the bus station is a 5 min walk away and buses are regular and cheap. Lovely coastal path is 2 mins away, great to walk into Paphos harbour area. The only thing missing for us was a pool - we have previously rented properties with a pool and thought we wouldn't miss it as the beach/sea are so close to Villa Sirena, but the beach is quite rocky which made it difficult accessing the sea. However, there are other beaches in the area - Coral Bay, Corallia Bay (excellent) easily reachable by bus. Overall the villa is great value for money.
