  Description and photos very accurate. Lovely clean villa. Plenty of room. Bathrooms with en suites very useful. We didnt cook, but lots of cooking utensils if needed. Great pool larger than most, Lots of bird wathching from poolside as the villa backs onto shrubland. Position of villa generally quiet until the loud motorbikes come past, but this is infrequent. We had a car and used the back road to by-pass the traffic. Its about a 10 min walk downhill to nearest bar/restraunt. My only negative point is the hardness of the beds!

  Villa very clean and fresh. Great area all within walking distance. Pool great and refreshing in the hot weather. Nice outside shower, and comfy chairs to relax in. Two downsides to mention, beds very hard so didn’t get a great nights sleep in the 2 weeks we were there. I know that’s a personal taste but all 4 people in our group felt the same. Would benefit to improve the mattresses as important to have a good nights sleep. Something that can’t be helped is the cat poo in the garden. Constantly cleaning it up but as expressed lots of cats about so this cannot be avoided. But apart from those 2 slight negatives we enjoyed staying there, and look forward to returning next May.

  Communication was easy. The location is pretty good, close to Nissi beach. The apartment is nice and clean but probably needs little bit renovation as some parts are bit rundown for example the sunbeds. All in all, nice experience and our kids (4) really loved it. Beds were rather hard, and this was bit of problem until back got used to it... :)

  A cozy villa in an excellent location—just a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach—yet still peaceful and quiet. The private pool is a perfect way to cool off and escape the heat.

  Overall we enjoyed this property, we found that there could do with more cupboards for food storage and worktop , the outside area was fine but the bbq needs updating and the sunbed cushions needed cleaning . The television had no instructions as to how to get it working . The steps into the pool we found would be better located at the shallow end also they are faulty due to them leaning with no anti slip pads on . Overall we enjoyed this property and its location .
