  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More than perfect – our best stay yet! This was our third time staying at Nissi Golden Sands, and although we have stayed in a different villa each time, this experience was truly something special. We already loved coming back here, but this time everything was simply more than perfect. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, extremely well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The location is wonderful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it was the perfect place for us to enjoy our holiday and create beautiful memories together as a family. A very special thank you goes to Shaun, the owner. He is without doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had. He is incredibly kind, professional and responsive. No matter what we asked or needed, he replied immediately and always made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attention and care makes such a huge difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. After three stays at Nissi Golden Sands, we can confidently say that this one was our absolute favourite. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Shaun, for making our holiday so special and for making us feel so welcome. ❤️ We left with wonderful memories and one certainty: we will definitely come back again. Nissi Golden Sands already feels like our little home away from home in Cyprus. 🇨🇾☀️ Highly, highly recommended! 10/10 ⭐️

  Description and photos very accurate. Lovely clean villa. Plenty of room. Bathrooms with en suites very useful. We didnt cook, but lots of cooking utensils if needed. Great pool larger than most, Lots of bird wathching from poolside as the villa backs onto shrubland. Position of villa generally quiet until the loud motorbikes come past, but this is infrequent. We had a car and used the back road to by-pass the traffic. Its about a 10 min walk downhill to nearest bar/restraunt. My only negative point is the hardness of the beds!

  Communication was easy. The location is pretty good, close to Nissi beach. The apartment is nice and clean but probably needs little bit renovation as some parts are bit rundown for example the sunbeds. All in all, nice experience and our kids (4) really loved it. Beds were rather hard, and this was bit of problem until back got used to it... :)

  We had an amazing two-week stay here in July and couldn't have asked for a better villa. It was perfect for our family, there was is so much space The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was a great size and there was plenty of outdoor space to relax, eat, and enjoy the sunshine. The location was fantastic too, just a short distance from the beautiful Nissi Beach, with lots of lovely restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! Highly recommend 👌🏻

  3 bedroom 4br Villa With Pool And Hot Tub - Olive By Premier
  We used this villa for the week of our wedding, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were beautiful, the villa offered all the comfort we could have asked for and it was clean and well maintained! We loved every minute of it, and it was definitely a location to remember for our special week! Only cons I would like to mention is the cleanliness of the big windows and terrace at the top, which looked like they haven’t been done in a little while. It would be great if a one off clean would be included mid stay, with it being such a big place it can be difficult to do alone, so this included would be great! Also as a suggestion for TVs in the bedrooms also, as there was just one downstairs and some people prefer to watch TV before bed, like ourselves! We had a small issue with the hoover not working and someone came out pretty quickly to sort this for us, and also they were great with the linen and towel change mid stay! Overall we are happy with the stay and would recommend or come back again in the future! Thank you!

  This villa is perfectly located for all amenities. Very close to Nissi Beach (not our favourite) but totally understand why everyone wants to go there. The villa itself is very nice, everything you need, but I do think it is a little 'tired' looking and could do with a freshen up and really need to get new mattresses (this would be the only thing that would put me off coming back to this villa, normally you can't wait to get into bed and relax, but unfortunately we just did not want to go to bed! which was such a shame. Really good having a safe deposit box (not all villas have these). The communication with the owner was very good, quick to respond and the check in and out was very good, clear precise instructions
