  Amazing view, we had great time except some small flies that was all over the tawn and ants in the kitchen. Cleanliness was good but can be better , agent very friendly and helpful.

  Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning views of the sea and mountains. This villa is perfectly located with just over a two minute walk to the beach and restaurant. There is another beach and restaurant about a five minute walk. The villa itself is stunning with beautiful shaded seating area overlooking the sea, perfect for a drink or two before trying one of many beautiful beachfront restaurants in Latchi town, which itself is only a 5 minute cab ride away. The agent is on hand more or less 24/7 for any help needed. We will return Mark Lane. Romford Essex

  As a family of four, we came to this villa late in the evening and only had time to get a takeaway from the taverna 100 yards away. We had a little trouble finding the villa in the dark, but once there it was more than worth it. On opening the blinds the first morning, we were stunned by the view over Latchi Bay and the mountains beyond. We did go when the temperature was constantly 100 degrees and over! All we needed was there, including a small basic welcome pack consisting of coffee, sugar, bottled water and bread. Our children stayed mainly in the pool for the two weeks but we did go to some local sites, Latchi, Polis, and further afield. The facilities were excellent, and the ability to call the emergency number (Fanoulla is the contact, and her husband Rafael came daily to clean the pool and attend to any minor problems to be fixed) was excellent. At the time of this review, there was a booklet with information on the villa which does need updating - the emergency number for a former contact is no longer valid there was no meter reading at the start of the occupancy, nor is there a visit at 10 am by the contact he day after arrival, as stated in the info brochure. All in all, with those very minor points, we have already recommended the location in general and this villa in particular to friends. 5 star- A plus.

  Had an enjoyable holiday at esprit villas, the villa is exactly as described with modern and comfortable furnishings and the view is beautiful in the day and at night. I would definitely recommend a car as it is a bit away from the beach and village. although there is the occasional nearby cafe bar and restaurant . I would recommend this villa to anyone only negative is the area has a lot of stray cats some of which appear to be unhealthy and if you're an animal lover such as myself it can be upsetting and they seem to hover around hoping to be fed. Not the owners fault but it seems to be a problem in the area. However it was a small negative and overall the good outweighs the bad and I would go again. Thanks for a great holiday.

  Very pleased with our holiday and the villa. Fenulla welcomed us to the villa and was really helpful, responsive and considerate and her husband Rafael helped us get a discount with Latchi Watersports where we hired a boat for the day (one of our best days). The villa was all we could ask for and very reasonable. It suited our family down to the ground and was just right for our two children (aged 7 and 9) as they loved the pool and for my parents who made great use of the air conditioning (as we all did). Villa was clean, roomy and had great views of Latchi bay and the mountains. Also if you’re an early bird you catch a glorious sun rise. My only negatives was a couple of instances where the internet went down (I believe it affected the village not just us) and the wolf spiders which, thankfully, my husband dealt with. Other than that, a great holiday, reasonably priced and lovely villa. Thank you for our great holiday.

  We were a little sceptical when booking this villa for our 2 week holiday to Cyprus basically because the pictures looked so fantastic and the price was quite a bit lower than other villas that we had been looking at, despite the other villas appearing nowhere near as nice in their pictures. Additionally, on this website the villa had no reviews which added to our scepticism. Put simply, it seemed too good to be true. However, our holiday was one of the best we have ever had and the villa most definitely lived up to its expectations - it was an outstanding accommodation. It is located on a hill a minutes drive from the small village/town of Latchi, which is a lovely little place with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a decent beach. It is also only a half hour or 45 minute drive to Coral Bay area and Paphos city. Both places are gorgeous and have a lot of things to do and places to see. In regard to nearby activities, Id definitely recommend hiring a boat for the day or at least a few hours from one of the boat hiring companies on Latchis harbour (there is a few companies to choose from but Georges Watersports gave us a brilliant deal that the other companies wouldnt even consider - they also thew in loads of freebies and were just great in dealing with us so go with them). However, our favourite site and activity was visiting Adonis Baths, where you can jump of loads of different levels of cliff edges or tree trunks into a beautiful pool at the bottom of a waterfall. It is important to also note that if you do rent this villa (which if you havent already guessed, I highly recommend) you should DEFINITELY avoid driving the back roads that Google maps seem to consider normal, drivable roads. They were seriously undrivable at parts and sometimes even lead to dead ends of padlocked roads. We would have really appreciated someone recommending us to stick to the main roads as much as possible for any journey - it would have saved us some horrible journeys, wasted petrol, car damage, and wasted time most importantly. Lastly, the owner of the villa is a really lovely person who clearly was very motivated to ensure we had as nice and comfortable a stay as possible. We had no problems with the villa throughout the stay, except for their being a problem with the internet once for a couple hours. But as soon as we phoned the owner, it was explained and sorted very quickly. Overall, this villa is unbelievable value for money and we highly recommend to other couples. But it would also clearly be suitable for other parties like families and groups of friends as well as we had 2 spare bedrooms that went to waste. 10/10!
