  We have stayed in villas in the Ayia Thekla area many times. Villa Maeva definitely ranks highly. The villa has an amazing outside area, with a wonderful pool and a lovely view of the sea. The villa itself is very well equipped and spacious. My only slight criticism would be that the outside cushions on the furniture were very dusty and grubby on arrival and the bed pillows did not have pillow protectors on them. We would definitely stay at Villa Maeva again, we had a fabulous time.

  The villa itself is in a good location, with some lovely nearby beaches, a convenience store and good restaurants. You can even see the sea from the villa! There is occasional noise from the nearby road but we didn't find it too disturbing. The villa interior is quite tired and in need of freshening up. Some of the walls and doorframe are a little grubby and paintwork noticeably patchy. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and extra bedding provided. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with most things you could need. The downstairs bathroom is very compact. There is plenty of outside space and the pool is lovely. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

  We had a lovely stay at villa Maeva, the outside area makes this villa and is amazing. Communication before arrival was great and instructions to check in were very good. The villa itself was clean, with most rental villas there are areas that need updating but none that impact your holiday. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but fyi nothing is supplied ie washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths. As I said the main draw and best feature is the outside area, large, well maintained and with a small sea view, yes there is road towards the front but this didn’t impact us at and you can hear the highway at the back at night if you have the bedroom windows open but we didn’t ever hear from the outside/pool area. We had a couple of issue with the villa while there but after a call to Shaun these were rectified quickly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Maeva, we would return if visiting again (if the land in front hasn’t been sold).

  Fantastic, beautiful villa with a great pool! Pool cleaner came twice in 1 week and communication with owner was fast and easy. 100% recommend to anyone who wants a great location and a lovely stay in ayia thekla!

  Beautiful location, easy to find and just a wonderful property. Everything we needed for the stay. The outside of the property is definitely worth singing about, the pool was fantastic alongside the lovely seating area and bbq. Just fantastic!

  A great week away during the October half term. A very short walk to the beach. Villa is located in a quiet cluster of houses, perfect for families wanting a peaceful day by the pool but close enough to Ayia Napa for the evenings.
