The villa is our family holiday home since buying the property in 2001. We then spent 10 years improving it to the standard we would expect, having the pool built etc. but it is not run as a business, just to help us defray some of our costs. The basic rule is there are no rules, just chill out and relax. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. We live near Ipswich in the UK, so you will have total access to the entire property. Our nearest neighbours are local Spanish farmers. Lara our local manager, who is fluent in Spanish and English having moved to Iznate aged 11 is always available should you have any issues.

I am Stephen and I am married to Linda. We both grew up in Nottingham, England. We now spend our time between England and Spain When we first came to Spain we spent time looking at different areas. We were lucky enough to discover Calpe. You too can enjoy this beautiful area and villa! Hola, We are Lis and Paul. The moment we saw Casa Las Brisas we fell in love with it and knew this would be our forever home. We had many happy years in this magnificent place until working conditions obliged us to move to Malaga. After that we used las Brisas as our weekend home but it is a shame that such a beautiful house in such a beautiful place is so empty. I have owned the property for 22 years from new and also owned the property next door and knocked through as i have 4 boys We used the property every school holiday but now all my kids are adults so its just myself and my wife so we built back as 2 apartments and sold 1 We have a boat in Spain which is where we now stay so this is why we thought we would give the opportunity to others to experience what we have for many years. I moved to Catalunya in 2004 from the UK after a career as a pilot in the RAF. I love this area for the diversity... you're not too far from the sea or the mountains and I love the outdoors life of hiking, biking and skiing. In fact I met my Galician wife hiking the Collsacabra mountains here and now we have two little Catalan daughters. We both know this area very well and whatever you need, we are happy to advise you. If you do not speak Spanish (or Catalan) we can organise taxis, bike rentals or make restaurant bookings for you. Just ask or wend me a WhatsApp.....

As soon as we visited this small apartment we fell in love with it: what struck us most was the tasteful and quality furnishings, the artfully done renovation and the location: in fact this apartment is sunny all day! The residence is an oasis of relaxation right in front of the Parque Natural. From here in 3 minutes by car or 8 or 25 minutes on foot you can reach the Grandes Playas and in particular the Playa de La Entubadera right in front of Lobos Island. The location of the residence allows you to reach Punta Elena Beach in a few minutes on foot, the El Campanario shopping center with restaurants, supermarket, bars and pharmacy, and in 25 minutes the main street Avenida Nuestra Senora del Carmen with its myriad of shops. My husband and I are very proud to be able to offer this apartment to those who seek comfort, brightness and lots of relaxation.
