We have lived in the area for over 20 years, and offering rentals for almost 16 years, we offer our knowledge of places to visit and things to do. At Villa Las Iguanas we have made it as beautiful as possible for relaxing and making memorable moments, so that you can enjoy your holiday as if it were your own home abroad.

I am Frank, a born adventurer. I was born in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. Since my retirement I spend my winters in warm Spain. During the summer months, I usually stay in France, the love of my youth. Both destinations are the ideal mix for me; the deafening silence amidst the pristine nature of the Auvergne where cicadas and a clear starry sky form the backdrop, and a cosmopolitan part of Spain where sun, beach and delicious affordable gastronomy go hand in hand. You are welcome. Enter my 'best of both worlds'. I strive to make my guests feel completely comfortable. Therefore, I try to provide very clear information so that everyone is perfectly prepared and can celebrate holiday without worries. I have been renting out Casa Sol Y Mar since 2016 through other rental sites. I left most of them due to too high commission charged to the tenant and host. My villa and cooperation were rated on the previous sites with no less than 4.8 stars out of 5!

I have been renting property in Spain, mainly on the coast, since 1997, I now only look after property inland. I bought this villa to live in (eventually!) I love all aspects of rural Spain, though, still go to the coast for day trips. Having owned this villa since the birth of my daughter, (2003) we have encountered all sorts of problems, all of which I am pleased to help with. Hi, we are from the UK and have lived in Mallorca for 15 years, as my husband has a Mallorcan family originally from Valdemossa. We moved to Alaró as we love the village - it has one of the prettiest village squares, lots of lively bars and restaurants and fantastic hiking and cycling. It’s a great location for both visiting Palma and the north and west coast beaches. Having spent eight years renovating the finca in Alaró we now rent it out full time, as both our children have left home and we have moved to the north. We maintain both the interior and the gardens to a very high level as we want our guests to have a fantastic holiday,

My name is Anne. I am originally from Ireland and now live in Tenerife near to my holiday rental apartment. I bought it four years ago and did a full renovation and refit on it. This was a five month project but resulted in the property being a lovely place for guests to enjoy a really nice holiday. I have owned in the Golf del Sur area for nearly 30 years and love the easy going pace, the green golf courses, the choice of lovely restaurants and bars that are never too full. It is a great area for walking along the seafront, for picking up a bus or two to connect to other places and experience other parts of this beautiful Island.
