The villa is our family holiday home since buying the property in 2001. We then spent 10 years improving it to the standard we would expect, having the pool built etc. but it is not run as a business, just to help us defray some of our costs. The basic rule is there are no rules, just chill out and relax. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. We live near Ipswich in the UK, so you will have total access to the entire property. Our nearest neighbours are local Spanish farmers. Lara our local manager, who is fluent in Spanish and English having moved to Iznate aged 11 is always available should you have any issues.

Hola, We are Lis and Paul. The moment we saw Casa Las Brisas we fell in love with it and knew this would be our forever home. We had many happy years in this magnificent place until working conditions obliged us to move to Malaga. After that we used las Brisas as our weekend home but it is a shame that such a beautiful house in such a beautiful place is so empty. I am Stephen and I am married to Linda. We both grew up in Nottingham, England. We now spend our time between England and Spain When we first came to Spain we spent time looking at different areas. Dedicated to Holidays rentals since 2007,when the pool was finally built, all life being dedicated to tourist industry, as well knowing that without improvement and good quality to satisfy our costumers, there is no way to stay in the market, now trying with this site, but as well I have my own channel sales. Hi, we are from the UK and have lived in Mallorca for 15 years, as my husband has a Mallorcan family originally from Valdemossa. We moved to Alaró as we love the village - it has one of the prettiest village squares, lots of lively bars and restaurants and fantastic hiking and cycling. It’s a great location for both visiting Palma and the north and west coast beaches. Having spent eight years renovating the finca in Alaró we now rent it out full time, as both our children have left home and we have moved to the north.
