Hi I am the owner of Casa Gavendy along with my husband. We have always dreamed of owning a beautiful property in Spain and in March 2022 our dream became a reality when we found our apartment. We love sitting long into the evening on the balcony watching the sunset and using the pool in the long hot summer days. Having a home from home apartment, we rarely have to bring anything when we are visiting and we hope you find it well equiped too. We decided to let others benefit from our piece of paradise by renting it out as we are unable to visit as often as we would like. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do x

My wife and I have owned Villa Quisqueya since buying it from the original owners who had bought the plot off-plan from new and now wished to live full time so moved to a larger villa in Mar Menor. Before retiring, we had many long weekend breaks down in La Torre, often spending most of the 3-4 days on resort. We chose the villa for it's quiet location on the perimeter of the resort and the walking distance to 2 of the resorts 14 pools. We loved the location between Murcia City and the coast as we would often visit one or other of these areas which are around 25 minutes from the villa. The property has been carefully managed by our English property manager who will be available locally to support renters of Villa Quisqueya. The villa is named after the villa my parents owned in Javea (North of La Torre) for many years and means 'happy tribe' in its native Hispaniola.

Hi! We fell in love with Puerto de Mazarrón ever since we purchased our first holiday apartment here. We would travel from the UK every opportunity we had. In 2022, we purchased SunRise Den and wanted to transform it in the accommodation WE would like to rent when traveling. The overriding objective here is home comfort with a touch of luxury, and attention to detail! We're overwhelmed with the response from clients, many of which return again and again. It's a warm feeling to know that our aim is being achieved. But we'll never stop improving, that's our promise!

Hi, we purchased the villa in November 2024 having spent considerable time enjoying La Manga Club, The villa is intended as a family holiday home for many years to come for grown my up children and grand children to enjoy. We intend to rent the villa to cover running costs and invest back into the property, in 2025 we fitted glass in to the terraces and installed bi-fold doors to the living area, the plan is to keep the property contemporary. We’re hoping to renovate the 1st floor en-suite in 2026. We’d love to have repeat bookers year on year to enjoy the property and what La Manga Club has to offer as much as we do. We are a retired couple. We have owned our Spanish property for 17 years. We adore the beaches of the Mar Menor. It is a beautiful resort and we have made our place a home from home. Our children and grandchildren are regular visitors and we have facilities for young babies to teenagers. The area has a great variety of things to do, from culture of the Romans at Cartagena to great watersports for the more adventurous. For us older folk there are great walking routes
