The property is off the beaten track, and has a rustic, Spanish feel. The facilities are excellent, including a huge games room! I wasn’t sure about a pool with a roof but when it’s 35deg with kids I it for hours you are very grateful for the sun protection, but with full adjustable ventilation from the sides. Water very clean btw. TV is Spanish language only but Wi-Fi works well. Site is amazing, really quiet, great views, next to a viaduct and completely fenced and secure which is important for my children. The house is also secure and there is air con in some areas. Host was very attentive & responsive👍

Town house was a great size and outside space was fab. It could have been cleaner but was ok, we arrived late at night and there was no toilet roll, also no dish towels and there was meant to be beach towels. The upstairs toilet seat was broken also. All this didn’t stop us enjoying our time in the townhouse, we worked round it.

2 bedroom Villa Quisqueya (la Torre Resort, Murcia)
Idyllic get away from the english weather. Extremely comfortable home from home stay in the middle of winter. Beautiful villa with absolutely everything you need. Only issue on the area and no reflection on the villa was that we choose to stay in January when La Torres and the surrounding areas are mainly closed so there was limited choice of restaurants within a safe driving distance. The upside was that we found ourselves in a very Spanish world, trying Spanish restaurants and Tapas bars where we learnt Spanish and the local dishes very quickly. The surrounding area and cities are a must to visit. Absolutely fantastic stay. I would say that a car is a necessity but the roads are easy once you have learnt the geography, Murcia, Cartenga and the Mar Menor coast are must see places and surprisingly easy to drive around once you have your bearings. The owner and property manger bend over backwards to help you.

The Villa and garden is lovely. Inside the villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner has thought of everything that you may need for your holiday. The area of LA Torre Golf has six restaurants and a supermarket. There is also tennis courts and about 16 swimming pools. The area is also spotless and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

2 bedroom Villa Quisqueya (la Torre Resort, Murcia)
We stayed at the property for a week during June 2019. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need and more - home from home. The property is located on a huge resort along with a golf course and the resort has many amenities including restaurants, bars and a well stocked supermarket. We based ourselves here to enable us to do some travelling around the area, the property and the resort are well placed for accessing the towns and the lovely Mar Menor around 15 - 20 minutes drive. Definitely recommend this Villa well worth the visit.

2 bedroom Villa Quisqueya (la Torre Resort, Murcia)
we have just returned from this villa, the 4 stars for the area and facilities refer to the complex not the Villa, the villa would be 5 stars. The villa is comfortable with good quality furnishings, very comfy beds and good quality bedding and towels ( I am particular about towels!) we had everything we needed and more. We found that the property had been cleaned to a high standard, this the cleanest villa we have rented. We had no problems with the free car, we did get an upgrade to a corsa and we took the extra insurance. The resort was very quiet but we were out of season so perhaps more is open in season, the Alhambra palace offers a pick up and return service food is good and reasonably priced they also do take aways, the only disappointment was the hotel was closed so we could not use the spa facilities, this did not spoil our holiday but would have enhanced it. one last note the owners were contactable and always helpful, I would highly recommend this property.

Apartment in Region of Murcia

Bordered by sun-drenched Andalucia to the west, picturesque Valencian Community to the east and charming Castilla-La Mancha to the north, Murcia is a region and province in the southeastern corner of the Iberian peninsula. Discover wide sandy beaches, landscapes of orchards, olive groves and plump vineyards, with a scattering of medieval towns and quaint whitewashed villages. Practice your swing at the world-class courses or have a cooling dip in Mar Menor. Los Alcazares and Murcia city are a short drive away. Mar Menor is separated by the Mediterranean and La Manga. As one of the region's most beautiful natural gems, it is home to the largest saltwater marsh in Europe, as well as sand dunes and healing mud baths.
